Code B1A9015 Hot air on passenger side

Hello all,
My W222 S550 with 4 zone climate control is blowing hot air on passenger side (front/back/sides) vents while the driver side is blowing nice cold air. iCarsoft codes I am getting is B1A9015 as shown below. I do notice that if I turn the pop out vent dials than they do work to open and close the vents but no affect on air temperate obviously. So my guess is these pop out dials if they are the actuators are not working fine?

Bottom like half of the car air conditioning is working fine while passer sides doesn't. I tried switching between hot and cold but that did not fix the issue as suggested on forum. Also notice even the hot air is not hot enough also. Looks like vent is stuck in place in one side and allowing mixing of hot/cold airs.

Any suggestions please how to fix.

Thanks in advance.

Saw your private msg. If you have an air compressor, you could try blowing out the vents.

I tried switching between hot and close even with closing and open various vents multiple times no help.

At this point figuring perhaps I need to replace a blender actuator motor just don’t know which one?

For my GLE they replaced this stepper actuator motor:

Actuator - Mercedes-Benz (099-906-52-04
https://www.mboemparts.com/oem-parts...ator-999065204

And distributor housing:
Distributor Housing - Mercedes-Benz (167-830-27-05)
https://classicparts.mbusa.com/oem-p...ing-1678302705

Here's work order:

Pg 1

Pg 2

Pg 3

If you add it all up, I think it was around 12hrs of labor, I don't know if all of it was necessary if you know the exact problem of the stepper actuator or distributor housing. I was surprised they went ahead and replaced it since the problem fixed itself. It makes me feel better that they did though.

Did you end up figuring this out?

My S63 with 4-zone is doing the same thing.

Most likely the heater exchange valve.
sits behind the motor on the firewall.
take off wipers and plastic and its right there.
part is around 70$ at mb dealer.

First, update the AC firmware, thing you can't do with your cheap funny tool
First firmware might be to sensitive and corrected in later
then:

A ignore it
B go for the nightmare it
