Ticking sound from front wheels when turning
I am on my second trip to the dealer in the last year to have a problem looked at that they cannot seem to fix. My SA told me that he has 3 other S Classes and a GT car in for the same problem. Car is a 2019 S63 and the last time they repacked the bearings in the front spindles. That fixed it for a while but now the ticking sound is back. It only ticks when slowly turning and it almost sounds like a ticking CV joint but they checked those and everything looked fine with them. They seem to be stumped and wondering if anyone else has run across an issue like this before.
Thanks.
Thanks.

In case anyone is curious on the issue stated above, I got it back from the dealer and it was in fact the rear wheel bearings that were clicking. They replaced both sides and now no more clicking so all 4 wheel bearings have now been replaced. Interesting how it only did the clicking when making a full turn in either direction but that is what the AMG certified tech discovered. He also said that my rear wheel bearings were pretty messed up due to what he suspected was water intrusion.

Started ticking at around 19K miles on a 2019. Tech told me MB in Germany is looking into this as a potential TSB.

Actually turned out to be the rear bearings in my car. They have now replaced all 4 corners of the wheel bearings and no more clicks.
