Hello all, thanks everyone for their suggestions to buy certain 2018-2020 S63's that for sale across the country the last 4 mos since our car was totaled. We were not able to find one with the same features we had before so we started looking at slightly used 2024-2025's... and out of the blue, last week, I found a car. I always checked least expensive to most expensive and this 2025 came up as the least expensive 2025 S63 for sale in the country. 4000 miles, $41k off MSRP, $88k more than we got for our totaled 2018 S63 so yeah, all that work finally yielded a car.
If didn't match what I was looking for, I wanted a car with the gold colored ceramic brakes, carbon fiber interior trim and the different black wheels but it was close enough, and looked very much like our 2018 in color combo. I will post actual pics taken by me when it gets here in a week or two, it's being trucked up from the dealer 1500 miles away. Pretty excited to get a certified 2025 with a 5 year warranty from the dealer (from new).
The owner traded it for an SUV after only owning it for 6 mos. I hope it's ok posting it in the W222 forum, I didn't see a W223 AMG S63 forum, yet.
