well, great fugging day today. jump in work truck and fire it up and water starts pouring out of side of engine. looks like it finally opened up a big head gasket leak due to it being below freezing here lately.
sometimes i wish i didn't know how to do this car stuff crap! rest of week devoted to a full top end rebuild of work truck, in the driveway, in the cold. but, no work truck and i am pretty much out of business, so it takes presidence over all else. to make it even better, it is a van! access sucks!!
luckily i have another truck, but it does not get used for work or getting trashed.

thanks. i roped one of the guys that works for me into helping with the rebuild. smart guy, but i hope i don't end up paying him AND having to hold his hand the whole time!
it will take me a few days before i can jump back on car and get mufflers cut off for ya. maybe i can find some time over the next few nights though after it gets too dark outside to work. i will take a pic and show ya where i plan to make the cut and make sure it will work for ya.

The closest to the muffler as possible so that it's easier to ship and because I have 3" piping going into the muffler as well

Thanks bro!

Hello..

My car is ready to the paint shop... Paint shop is going to install the rear fender parts.
Now I have regonize the differences between Mischa vs Prior fender types.
Prior use a big plate at the rear fender and at front Prior is rounder.
I have put at front my rear wheel... (305/25*20) 11*20" ET 31.... only for to measure the right offset. 11" is to wide.

Sorry to hear that your truck have broken..... But summer is not here yet so you have lot of time to build your project ready....

i really havn't had any time to mess with it. the harness i got is very hard to understand. super basic instructions originally in german, then translated. it really makes no sense after just the very basic wire match. there seems to be alot of wires in it, and the left and right headlights are connected together. no pics either. frankly, i am glad i even got the low beams working! i am having a feeling though that the ignition needs to be on though. when i have more time i am going to strip the wires apart. the left and right headlight wires are so far apart i could almost hook up a headlight in the trunk!!

Ah okay perfect. Thanks for clarifying. One more thing Ekselent, would the new plug that you purchased happen to have a part number on it?

Honestly.... the fitment is pretty good...
Of course I have made some small adjustments and so on but nothing big.
The water thank under the right fender..... don't fit any more so I use heatgun and deform the old one to make it fit.

Then I must drill the PDC holes at booth pumpers.... and today I'm gone do it at the front pumper.
The hood is very good quality... Prior have made it strong!

Thanks Juha, I will give that part number to the parts guy tomorrow and hopefully something comes up. I'm assuming you took out the wires and attached the pins yourself? Also, if that plug is for the xenon headlight adjustment, does it still adjust without it plugged in?
