What an exelent job my friend! how you made this ME works with your own parts? you install the EZS/ELV/IFZ/Shift lock/smart key, from the W220 too? this units need to be married to autorize the start, you use all the parts from the W220 or unlock the ME2.8.1 from the W220 and then married with your W210 parts?
Thanks my friend

Good job Fabian, like the fan set-up as well..
,,
ESP has a different RPM reading through the turn rate sensor, in all M113K,
when ESP reads any different rotational from the CAN transmit , it well shut-off & goes to the "safe m.f. mode",,
i'm not sure if that also related to the TCU or diff. ratio...!?!

Hey Zayed,
that is all cleared out ... the problem is that the W210 ESP Control Unit reads the model from the ECU, it correctly reads "S210" but wont work anyway. Error is "Control Unit is coded wrong" ... nothing else.
All Parameters are read correctly ... it knew it is a W210 ESP Modul, it reads from the ECU that the car is a W210 but it wont work
I will try the next days with a W220 ESP Module ...
Does anyone knew someone with a simalr engine switch so i could get some feedback how to solve this. Driving a 580HP car without ESP, ABS or BAS is very bad![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)

Still have 2.82 ...
Diff Ratio doesent conecern the ESP, i drove 2.82 and 2.65 in my W210, no problem at all with the same ESP Unit.
The ESP just want to "speak" with the ME and unfortunatelly the late W210 ESP for the ME2.8 could not communicate with the ME2.8.1 from the W220. Very bad.
I´ll now try a ESP/PML Unit from a W211, hopefully ESP/ABS/PML will work with that unit ... BAS is something i could get rid of. After that i´ll try a W203 ESP Unit but therfor a lot have to be rewired. W211 ESP/PML Unit seems to be pincompatible.
Today I made a "little" update and collected my long time expected CLK63 Brake Setup.

I heard ESP has a different set-up in M113K, during the steering signal & RPM reading, but not so sure about this,,
CLK63 is great brakes to go, just don't forget to cut the front sway bar end....![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

I dont have the Original Swaybars so there will be no Problem
... i´ll use H&R Swaybars
ESP from W210 is HHT based, ESP from W220/W211/W203 is DAS based. Steeringsignal in the W220 comes from the steering column module, but W203 uses the signale directly from the sensor, so hopefully the W203 ESP Module will work.

No Problem ... you are welcome
you helped me out a lot with the brakes ... but i didnt imagine that it will take almost half a year to find a CLK63 setup. I drove 600km today to pick them up :/

slight update:
Cluster is changed to 320km/h but will also get new "classic" discs for left and right. i like the black/white contrast.
Car got a OBD Interface for ESP, ECU und TCU readings while driving
I rewired the fan
and painted the Calipers![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
thats it for today.

Brakes are almost done. FYI W210 has a different rear axle then the S210, the CLK63 Brakes WONT fit a S210 rear axle plug n play. The Holes have to be drilled from 10mm to 12.5mm and you have to take off around 2.5mm to make the offset fit. Its Done now ... i reapainted the rear calipers yesterday because the paint took real damage on the router but now everything fits perfectly. Hopefully i will complete the car today ... a lot of little thinks has to be done of course but the main parts are finished I hope.
Some pics of the front calipers mounted to the axle:

Calipers finished
![](http://www.12x0.de/images/m113k_umbau_84.jpg)
The rear Calipers wont fit 1:1 because the Stationwagon has a different rear axle, i had to drill the Holes from 10.5mm to 12.5mm and take 2.5mm off the calipers mounting to fit the caliper offset to the brake disc.
