Where do you get the money?
I love it! Fortunately, that is what makes this forum the best and most unique on the planet. You got multi-millionaires and guys working through college all talking together....sometimes not very nicely, but talking.
Far as these guys affording it, many of them are near the "top of their game". One member here is one of the top consultants/lobbyists South and with that comes $$$$$ and AMG's and M5's etc... For some here I also think that the budget is a bit stretched, but they really are addicted to horsepower and love of AMG and they "go for it".
Sorry to be so serious and downer....now carry on with the jokes and frivalry.

At one point I was working in NYC 5 days a week, living with my wife on the weekends in VA, and attending my exec MBA in NC every month for 4 days straight for 21 months in a row and 2 of my masters degress overlapped by a semester. It was hell. I don't do that now but if you work hard in your 20s by the time you hit 35 or so the tree will bear fruit.

It was pretty scary, as I had two daughters who would be starting college shortly, but my wife & I agreed to take the shot. I worked 80 hour weeks & flew 70,000 miles/year between the coasts.
It paid off.
I retired in 1999 at the age of 47. I started a non-profit organization that I now run full time.
'Nuff said.

2) Find something you love to do, work your *** off doing it, and reap the rewards. It doesn't matter what everyone else does. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else. You need to find what YOU love to do and do that to the best of your ability.
Don't think about the money. Just concentrate on the goal and work towards it. The money will follow on it's own.
As far as I am concerned, I have been in the high tech industry since I was 15yrs old (self-employed). Worked my *** off as a teenager and through my 20s while everyone else was out partying and spending money and living a good life.
I sacrificed alot early on to enjoy it later on.

Seriously, hard work is how I did it... I still want toys for my new BEAST... but it'll take time, so be confident and keep YOUR FUTURE BIGGER THAN YOUR PAST...
Insurance and Financial services is what I do...
greetingz,
Like one member say, each member is from different walks of life, thus some will have more money than others.
"Time is either your greatest ally, or your worst enemy".
"Invest your time far more wisely than you invest your money - for it is far more valuable, offers far greater returns, and is a much rarer commodity".
That would be my advice.
