Carbon Fiber Interior Trim?
Well, since I decided to keep my car I want to upgrade my interior. What sponsors out there carry or can special order the complete w211 CF Trim? Any forum members have any connections on this? Vrus??? 
I'm sure there would be enough interest for this... up for a group buy?

A couple of main points that I got back from the creator of said masterpiece:
- From Production to delivery is 3 - 4 weeks. Sometimes 5 weeks.
- The main problem is getting cores of all the parts.. If you take the parts out of your car and have them shipped to be done, you will be without them for possibly 1 month.
- These parts are for the OLD STYLE CONSOLES ONLY. If you have an 05 with newer style console, you either leave that piece alone or swap it out for an older console.
- I got a quote on retail pricing.. The kit usually sells for $3995.. AND IT IS A MASTERPIECE!!
I received pricing back on Qty 1, Qty 5 and 10. (He is fast and doesn't sleep.. much like me.. ) LOL.. Waiting for confirmation approval for my email back to him.
As soon as he replies, I'll post the info..

Josh, I am not sure if you want Silver CF, but i have the last MP Design Carbon Fiber interior kit that was made for the US in stock. Incase you have not seen the silver CF in person, it is sick!!!!! Here is a picture of a customers CLS500 with a Silver CF kit to see what the color looks like. Also, price for the E55 CF Silver kit is $2,679 and i can do free shipping for you buddy. It replaces every single piece of wood in the car.

Neal, any pics of the kit on an E55? I looked for some and only found the intrerior of a bimmer and it does look pretty sweet:

I am not interested in doing it for my car.. I like the black piano wood for the E55.. My 993TT on the other hand is getting a full CF interior... But if you guys want this stuff, I'll arrange it for you.
I agree.. I dont know what it is about the silver, but it makes it look tacky in my opinion... Original black/grey weave CF is the only way I would do it...
Mind you.. I am thinking of experimenting with a Red/black weave for the airbox..

I recommend having a good shop do it for you. We have had the best experience with stereo shops doing the install because they are usually very good at taking interiors apart.

Might want to contact "Lensolo," and he will make you a custom set. I talked to him, and his price was only a fraction of the ~$3000 range that most are charging.
