I think the unit is compatible with both Airmatic and ABC systems. Use the W211/W219 Airmatic instructions.

it's weird...one shows that more wires need to be spliced...like 2 for each wheel where the other is 1 per wheel. blah...i'll go with the airmatic as you suggest...what would happen if i use the abc one?

I installed mine on my 65 and used the ABC instructions but we all know that the 211 55's and CLS's dont have ABC so you should be fine unless Renntech has errors on their site directions?

I would make sure cause you dont want to cut the wrong wires. Call Renntech tomorrow just in case.

the wiring was changed midway on the w211 and w219 chassis cars. They went to less wires per sensor and so you have to wire the module in differently.

so go with the simpler instructions that are under the abc instructions? if that is the case then it might work...because then i am not missing any wires. this shouldn't be this confusing. blah...i will square it away with renntech tomorrow i guess.

I am doing CLS55 with RennTech ELM right now.

Call me if you still have questions.
