aside from nitrous, I don't think anyone has a 63 motor at 500hp to the wheels, renntech has ecu and header upgrades which might get you to around 450-460 rwhp.....

You could do the Evosport mods to get you 500hp like the Black Series has,but it will cost you over $10,000+ not including labor

Lotsa work being done on the 63 here. Do a search for "VRP 530" as well.

Try the VRP 530 kit first,if you feel you need more HP then talk to Brad@Evosport

As far as I know nobody makes a off the shelf converter for the 7G trans. You can take the charcoal filters out,but I didnt notice any improvements although others say they have.

If you want to modify your car,you bought the wrong one man.Shoulda got an E55 and be done with it

renntech ecu and muffler kit is 1/2 the cost of the brabus . which one is better ??? they both say the hp out put is the same . renntech says it will gain more torque than the brabus kit will and it will top out at 192 compared to brabus at 185 .

If you're looking for big power from E class, it is irrational to go with the E63 instead of E55.

E55 is the way to go if you want serious power.

why does everyone say that the 55 torque starts to level out at 5k and thats it ? meanwhile the 63 keeps climbing thru the powerband. only reason i went with a 4 do0r anyway is the need for a baby seat or i wouldve grabbed a viper or a z06 for sure .

after the renntech kit care will be respectable especially for a 4 door .

E55 has a ton of aftermarket support& costs half as much to extract more power from.E63 is still new&costs a small fortune to mod for relatively miniscule horsepower gains.
It will always be easier/less expensive to get more HP from a F/I car then N/A car

When the quickest/fastest E63(mine) raced the quickest/fastest E55(Enzom) I got beat by 3/10's.And Enzom's 55 couldn't dead-hook off the line like it's capable of.So that right there says alot....E55

E63 is a great sedan, plenty fast for most of the population. However if your after pure horsepower you cannot deny the E55 is still&will most likely ALWAYS be King Of The E-class.
