If your wanting to just hw the V1 it is a very easy DIY. I just did mine and took me all of 20 minutes.

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!

I did it the Kevin M way as well.... an hour for an amateur
add an extra 30 minutes if you want to double-check everything (like me)
p.s. i'm in pasadena... if you try it yourself and get stuck i can help ya

Yeah I said 20min because I've now done 3 installs myself, so I know what to do. I think the first time it was more like 45min. Very straight forward, I have mine mounted on the passenger side as I use my sun visor a lot.

Bro- it's super easy!! I am not technically inclined and I finished the Benz in less than 1/2 hour and then I did the Turbo in 20 minutes!!! you have a couple of posts referenced already so I wont include but it's SUPER easy. Good luck and have fun.

I bit the bullet and just bought one. I should have it by Monday or so then will install it the following weekend. Once installed and I know the deal, I'll make the time and do a group install for a low price for whoever is interested.
