you need a tune for both pulleys to get the full power available

search bypass valve...

the main ingredient on the tune is to control that bypass valve the bleeds boost.

any pulley that creates more more boost than stock will only yield minimal results if any..

in some.. you get torque for no HP on the high end. for others worst than stock.

The ASP (or any larger pulley) does increase boost but as mentioned, the car is tuned to release any pressure higher than 14psi. So, as you stomp it in the dig, yes you get more bottom end since you are adding about 2 psi. But, as the motor gets spinning, producing heat, etc., you lose MAJOR power.
