What ist better X oder H-Pipe
I think the only thing to do is to try it

me too, I can't understand even MB reasoning about this: a real X pipe seems to be oem only in CL63

I don't think there is anything special in building an H-pipe.
the one that is stock in our car is a bit long ..
but other mercs have something more similar to this ...
interesting to see how silenced pipes are made

I don't see any need to try a different H than the stock design we already have .. but, just to see something different I will try an X

Neither one will any huge difference power. There will more muscle car tone with an H-pipe and more of "European" tone with an X-pipe.
