Who has the Chrysler aftermarket warranty?

I've been getting invoices from them but I can't gauge when they send them out...I finally called them and customer service told me due dates are always the 1st of every month, so now I just do a recurrent payment with an end date on my Wachovia online bank account.

yeah i get an invoice every month. it's very important to pay on time because if you are late they have the right to break the contract and collect what has been paid to you under the contract net of what you paid into the contract - which would obiously be in their interest given the cost of repairs on an AMG vehicle.

yeah - the reason why i made that comment was. i called this month to make a payment and they had an automated greeting saying that there were two invoices sent and to disregard one and that the payment is due on the 15th. since that was before i entered any account information led me to assume all of them are due on the 15th.

When considering Fidelity vs Chrysler for warranty services, are there any prerequisites for the vehicles (i.e. CPO? inspection?). Also, do you guys know what the max additional mileage coverage fidelity offers?
It seems if there isn't a prereq for coverage, one might be inclined to lean towards getting a non-CPO and forking over the money saved for a hefty warranty service?

Gentleman,
I am the proud new owner of 2006 SL55 AMG with 60,200 miles. I just spoke with someone at the Chrysler dealer here in San Diego who told me that he would sell me a 3 year unlimited milage max care plan for $3,100.00.
I'm ready to take it. The warranty is pro-rated if I want to have it refunded an is transferable for $50.00
Your thoughts?

I tried buying direct, but because the car has just over 60k miles...they can't do it.
This warranty is such a steal. I'm seriously may just put my SL55 on the market and look at an SL600 or even a SL65 if they will cover a v12.

'05 CL65, '07 Pathfinder, '97 SL600 (sold), 23 other cars (sold)
Just spoke to Todd, he was very helpful, and hooked me up in a matter of minutes. I still have 8 more months of factory warranty remaining (car was sold in March 2006), currently have 25K on it. For a little over $2600 Todd sold me a 5yr/70k (on top of current mileage) contract ($200 deductable). Paid first $100 right away with CC, the rest is payable over the next 12 montns. I'm very pleased, especially considering that yesterday, I went to my Ray Catena MB dealership, and asked for a quote, below are the numbers I was given "hot off the press":
1 additional year...... $3450.00 75,000
1 additional year...... $4956.00 100,000
2 additional year...... $3898.50 75,000
2 additional years..... $5934.00 100,000
3 additional years..... $4427.50 75,000
3 additional years..... $6992.00 100,000
... and there is payment plan, either.![devil](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/devil.gif)

96 and 08 911 turbos
For those concerned by the "pay first and get reimbursed after 90 days" thing.
MB changed a few tpms sensors, billed me $3XX in early july. Got my check today for the full amount, less than 3 weeks later.
Whats ridiculous is that I got the reimbursement check, but I still haven't gotten the actual contract.

Hi guys, noob here about to pull the trigger on an 06. Wanted to check with Todd about the extended warranty but there's no answer or voice messaging service on his line
Does any one have any other way to reach him? Thanks and you guys have been very helpful in my decisions so far more than you'll probably ever know.
