Question Deer whistlers - do they work?

Anything like this work? My girlfriend hit a deer last weekend, I have had them attempt to kill me, but they are to slow for my quick reaction times =] But I don't want to chance it anymore, can I get something?

Yes, they work. But they are made to be effective at certain speeds....Good protection in addition to scanning the sides of the road while looking for the glow of a deers eyes in your headlights.

Who Knows if the deer whistles work? All my cars have 4 deer whistles mounted on them.
For 10 BUCKS how can you go wrong?

They are going to be a pain in the *** to mount them hidden, that's a big part of the delema. I have yet to hit em, some near misses, I think they hear me coming anyhow, haha.

Did she hit the deer with your E63?

Since our cars are identical, did I mentioned I had the factory carbon fiber interior?

Oh, no, you didn't. I have beryl wood, my last car, the audi, had carbon fiber interior, I get sick of it. I know benz's and audi's is different, but I wanted some wood. I really prefer the wood in the CLS, have you seen it in the NEW 2010 E's?

I like the wood a lot:

I saw a better picture, from an angle that showed my grain in the wood on the dash, but I can't find it now. anyhow, it looks really nice.

The new E interior wood color looked unique, but the grain looks normal. I almost bought the Bently Cont GT, but it was a 4 seater. I needed 5. I love the interior wood grain color, looks like gold ,see pic, Some of my house furnishing has the exact wood grain and color as the GT.

It's all apart of the P30, which is a model you can order from the performance studio, it has different parts, my stage 1 (1 red bar) is your stage 2 (2 red bars), my stage 2 is 50% stiffer than your stage 2. P30 also changed the entire rear sub frame and other things, its a very different beast.

2007 E63 w/P30 and Eurotech CF Diffuser
Well, not exactly, and more specifically
For the Performance Package E 63 AMG (P30)

The front axle 35% stiffer in rebound and 35% - 45% stiffer in compression.

The rear axle, the suspension is 45% - 60% stiffer in the rebound and compression.

Warmest regards,

AMG Private Lounge Team
I would love to see a reference to
changed the entire rear sub frame and other things
This is the first I have heard of this.

I haven't seen it documented, this was literally a side by side with the AMG mechanic, where he was showing me how it was a different metal. It's also different bolts, bigger.

50% stiffer is a fair rounded way of stating it w/o the details, you don't think?

Deer whistles have never been proven to work. There are numerous articles on the internet that prove they don't. Even if they did, they would never be on my E55.

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
To hell with Deers, I need something for birds. Killed 4 in the past few months. One at 90mph which crushed it and spewed blood all over the side of the white Volvo that I past on my passenger side. It was nasty. The other was decapitated in my grill. Pulled on the body, head fell off on the inside. Pushed in the fog light mesh with another-thankfully it pulled out nicely. Thank goodness I have a complete front bra. No damage what so over. Yes, I tried slowing and honking.

It's basic grammar Mr. Mugatu, some people don't realize they are misusing words. The rest of his sentence is very clearly written
