2007 E63 AMG Mercedes Benz
Have seen a red e350 with the amg logo here in gainesville(mexico). Have also seen a black s550 also sporting just the amg badge that I see somewhat regularly at my local supermarket(Ill def post a pic next time I see it). The best one of all is a white cls 550 that I see sometimes cruising by clubs downtown. It had me completely fooled for awhile as it is very nicely (and completly) amg 63'd out but always going a diff direction from me... Until one eve I pulled up next to him at a light and as I'm putting my window down to compliment a fellow AMG 6.3 owner on his ride I noticed the tiny front brake rotors and small brake calipers... He's now looking over at me and I almost start laughing, but instead just point down to his front wheel shake my head in a no-no way and pull off as light turned green. I just don't understand why go through time\money\effort for the whole amg emblems\exhaust\bodykit but no big brake kit. As good as the stock cls looks he should have left it stock and put his money into a big brake kit. It won't look all AMG'd out but it would at least help with a positive braking performance increase. Ill try and get pics of this poser as well next time I go out on a weekend evening ride. I sure hope he hasnt inflated a bunch of the local 335s egos around here into thinking their albiet nice rides can REALLY hang with the 6.3.
