Many evenings were spent strolling down Puerto Banus. Such a gem that place is for car and boat lovers... easily one of the best small spots in the world to find amazing cars. Unfortunately a lot of the British hooligans have found there way down there these days...

Yesterday I saw a silver "CLS55" AMG with dual exhaust and crooked V8 Kompressor badges on the fender going from Weir Canyon onto the 91 West. I blew by him on the onramp so he can hear what a real AMG sounds like. Then I got in the slow lane to wait for him to pass by but he stayed way back there.
Today on 91 east I see a red C350 AMG with chrome strips all over the car and a handicap license plate weaving in and out of traffic. Fortunately he got off Weir Canyon and I had the chance to downshift and let him hear the 6.3 roar as I drove by with the thumbs-down sign.

I saw a black c230 yesterday w/c32 amg badges on the back. As a former owner of two- I could tell something was off right away while behind the car. No body kit, not wide enough, and the wheels didn't look right. When I rolled alongside- it was confirmed. The guy inside was pimping big time when I rolled by. This is in Alexandria, VA area. I didn't get a pic because my damned iphone was locked.

Ok sooo after seeing the Cavy with the S500 and Benz badge I just now have to tell the story. I was driving down the road one day and infront of me in a Kia Rio ae 2 teen girls. On the car over the Kia signs are Benz emblims. They pull into a HS at a bus loop to pick there friends up. I follow the girls into the loop. They stop the car. I get out and knock on the window. The girl is like scared as can be. I go to her
"You do realize what kind of car you are driving right?" she goes "umm idk my dad got it. I go "Well its a ****ing Kia!!!! Take off those MB badges. You dont drive one. "My dad put them on for me" I go "Well untill you can actually buy one take them off. You poser. It is an insult to people who can afford the real thing"

They also do AMG badges on some cars with AMG looks. Our 2002 E320 came with an AMG badge because well.......Thats what it came as when we got from the dealer.

oh man, backfire on C280_Sport! although I really don't agree with putting MB emblems on a Kia and I would definitely make fun of it, I wouldn't have followed her and chewed her out. that's pretty damn dick.
this weekend, I saw this white S-Class parking on Sawtelle and it had "S63 AMG" on the rear and the 6.3AMG's on the side. it also had a license plate that said "prodcr" or something. I saw this douchebag get out of it to feed the meters and I noticed the brakes... he had normal brakes and single dual exhausts. it was a re-badged S550 with the AMG package. I walked past him and said "nice S550."
