I got curious and asked a bud to visit B&G where Andy was having the ECUs tuned. There seems to be a lot more to the story than what has been posted.
Has anyone spoken with Andy lately? I've been trying to reach Dave Kasper (B&G) with no luck.

Well at least Jakpro was a happy customer.
It literally was near useless as I was having trouble with the ECU since the MHP flash of death and we had to pull the chip to get into the unit.
They said they had never seen SO much solder/resin on a chip in their life.
MHP, the gift that just keeps on giving. So put me down for a fresh 2K for an ECU that I am now out thanks to MHP.
Waybe still working on it.......who knows.

I can only think bashing MHP is advertising for them by just mentioning them or he said what he does for a living and where since it involves selling cars. So should I not mention where I got my car from or where I service it or even ask for a place to service it? They are not sponsors and I wouldn't want to get someone in trouble for answering my question? I don't like walking on egg shells and clearly Rick has to for no reason IMO. What's a forum for if you can't openly discuss things and help each other out?

Seriously though, this is not about the money MHP took from you and the lack of return on investment, it's about right and wrong. You should dispute the charge if you used credit card or credit card through paypal. I've done both with my bank (Chase MC debit card) as recently as last week. I got the money back in less than 24 hours and will be receiving some forms to fill out soon. My dispute was for a charge made thru paypal to a seller that could not deliver. Chase handled everything.

Looks to me there are two sides to this story. The driven site has a little more of the both sides. To me, the challenge on the track would settle the accusations pretty easily. MIR or Miami? Which will it be?
FWIW, even though I am new to this site, looks to me like there are a lot of "pile onners". I like to see both sides of a story before making an opinion of my own. But, thats just me.

I hope you get things worked out because this is just bad press regardless of whether you are right or wrong. I saw your post on AD but it is a bit difficult to understand what transpired. No resolution can be had?

the "pile onners" as you call them are the ones that have been around long enough to see all the trouble and scams that mhp has unleashed since their introduction to the world of amg. if you really want to see both sides of the story, there's enough info on this site alone for you to have a few days worth of reading. i think a search may be in order.
btw, the driven site has nothing more than andy's same ol' song and dance routine after he gets outed and him arguing with himself via cut-n-paste.
