**** REMEMBER MHP? ****
I will make it quick... I GOT THE SHAFT FINALLY BY MHP 3 ECU TUNE ATTEMPTS that never worked... I won't make this a long bash thread.
As most of you know I had bought an ECU just for MHP to tune. Long story short their $$ back is BULLSH*T. I was told it was a 14 day $$ back only . Well I waited for Andy to get his tuning in place after the first two attempts and well it never happened. I ask for a full refund since it has been so long and I got the ANSWER :
" IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 14 DAYS" ... There is only one side to this story I GOT BURNED FOR A LOT OF CASH..
It's only money and not even worth my time to collect. I will say one thing
: ANDY
ANY TIME, ANY WHERE WE RACE
I WILL SMOKE YOUR POS TUNE AND SHOW YOU HOW A MAN RACES
YOU HAVE NO CHANCE IN HELL
It only takes me about a day to make back the 4k you took but it will take YOU a life time to repair your REP... SEE YA AT THE TRACK

Sorry to hear that Rick and define 14 days when they never finished their services for the 14 days to start so I think that 14 day return is still valid. You are definitely the better man to be walking away, you earn your money and it sounds like he doesn't. Where have the morals in this country gone?

dont even get me going on Andy. It really bothers me when people get ripped off. Even double when its from MHP. The word has been out on MHP for some time. A simple search of the forum would have exposed the guy he really is

In terms of the 4K a day...do you day trade by any chance...Market is doing well right about now. There are losses also to go with any gains...LOL

the c63 is a typical 507 hp motor just the throttle is limited , tuning the ecu i guess they just re adjust the throttle settings giving the car more hp . totally different than tuning a e,cls,or s63 IMO .

Seriously though, this is not about the money MHP took from you and the lack of return on investment, it's about right and wrong. You should dispute the charge if you used credit card or credit card through paypal. I've done both with my bank (Chase MC debit card) as recently as last week. I got the money back in less than 24 hours and will be receiving some forms to fill out soon. My dispute was for a charge made thru paypal to a seller that could not deliver. Chase handled everything.

My guess (and probably the common belief) is that the C63 guys are impressed since that platform is detuned from the factory. Open the tune up to "standard" and it's a big monster. Pushing it past that has proven to be a problem, at least with E & CLS guys.
There are plenty of guys with Kleemann, Renntech, Powerchip in C63's that are happy too.

MHP's cheesy high school level website and their statement: 'We specialize in the Complete Driveline Tuning of Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Jaguar, Range Rover, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes Benz/AMG, BMW/M Series, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Koenigsegg, Mini, Smart, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti performance variants" says a lot, imho. Jack of all trades and a master of none.
