I want to start off by saying we had tons of fun tonight and erik your E55 is a BEAST right now !!

My E55 = Stock
juice E55 = LET tune / pulley
Mthis C63 = MHP tune
E60 M5 = Eisenmann exhaust

Results:

Modded E55 vs E60 M5 exhaust:
Erik E55 (modded) did 2 rolling runs starting from 20mph with the M5 and put easily bout 3 car lengths if not more up to about 130.

Stock E55 vs M5 exhaust
I raced the M5 from a dig and got 2 car lengths up to 120 or so. I did a roll with the M5 starting from 20mph and for some reason we were SIDE BY SIDE and he said we hit 130mph and thats where he mis shifted.

Mthis C63 vs M5 exhaust:
They did a rolling start from about 35mph where mthis said he got wheel spin but still started to creep up. They raced again on a slow roll not exactly sure wat speed the 2nd was and the M5 said he was a hair in front and mthis said he had wheel spin.

We did a rolling at 20 up till about 120 and he got me by 1/2 a car. We did another run right after and I guess from wheel spin I jumped out in front about 1 car and he caught up and got slightly in front.

The only bad part about everything is not 1 person had a camera on them . We had tons of funs.

I think tonight is the night that offically pushed me into modding. I will work on getting a tune and pulley. M5 said that means hes going to get online tom and start ordering lol. Mthis now has to go out and get some headers. How fun are cars and expensive .

Thats the same setup the guy with the modded E55 has.

The modded E55 was putting lengths on the m5 when the modded C63 and M5 was a very close race every time. So like mthis posted pretty much reason nothing to see.

LOL thanks man. We have been having a blast lately lolol. Some good friendly runs.

Most of the races were all so close it would have been really nice to get on video. Next time and I'm sure there will be a next time, we will definetly have some vids.

What pulley did you end up going with?How does it feel on the stock ecu tune,Im waiting for my setup from them also.

Pulley with no tune gives you huge grunt at the git and then falls on its face at about 80. It will also run rich, so lots of black soot.

Oh man your going to love it. My car is obvisously stock and I hopped into juice car and he has the let tune and pulley and man you can tell the difference.

I noticed the difference more when I was in his car when he raced the M5 and was just pulling away. To see that and then know that my car can do the same is just amazing. Enjoy man.

 

A question for some of you guys. My E55 is a pretty healthy stock E55 but I was wondering how come the M5 didn't pull away from me after 100mph?

We did a 20 to about 130ish and we were literally side by side as if we were parked. He misshifted and that was the end of the race. I'm more then sure we will get together again and try it out again but I was waiting for it and it never happened.

 

On paper he should definitely be pulling away at those speeds, but that's how street racing goes. The person who should win doesn't always. Maybe the adrenaline got the better of him and he was shifting too early and not taking advantage of the high-revs.

 

E55AMGGG04 what does your car trap in the 1/4?
MTHIS, your 1/4et & trap on your sig has that changed since the you added the MHP tune? also how much speed does your car pick up from the 1/8 mile to the 1/4 mile?

 

I havn't ever went to the track so I don't know. I will be going as soon as the weather begins to cool down.
