Ya, I get that part. But there is getting ready to be a pot calling the kettle black in this thread.

One possibility ... Once MBW finds out your a business posting on here they want you to be a sponsor. He would not be the first shop kicked off of MBworld after only a handful of posts.
The only times they have allowed an argument to continue is when both shops are sponsors.

The other possibility that comes to mind is Eurocharged had the posts removed by request.

X spy X should inquire about sponsorship packages, their much more affordable compared to print ads, billboards and banners.

Read this thread while you can. I would not be surprised to see it disappear. Soon.

Appears that way, his post is gone. That didn't take very long.

I realize sometimes valid reasons exist for posts to be edited or deleted by moderators. I wish they would proactively explain the reason to the community, instead of covertly removing information as if it never happened.

EDIT: my mistake, a mod didn't remove vinnyz's post. But my point still stands, just not in regard to this instance.

Especially, since, you know, like, over 10,500 views (and counting) have been logged on this thread...

There are 360 replies to this thread, do you really think anyone will miss a few moderator-deleted graphs and replies? Well, with the exception of the next guy that melts a piston and grenades his engine.

dude, give it a rest, you CAN run 30 degrees of advance as long as your AFR's are in the 11's.

if what you say is true there are PLENTY of cars out there world wide that should be blowing up

As a point of reference a Top Fuel Dragster running 45+lbs of boost runs 60 degrees of timing......

The failure in those photos look to be the result of a bad injector and a hyperlean cylinder blowtorching

Top Fuel Dragsters run Nitromethane, you cannot seriously compare the two, pump gas vs Nitromethane. Do you know of a single forced induction gasoline burning production vehicle that comes with anywhere near 28 degrees of advance at WOT and 100% load conditions? So as long as I'm in the Elevens I can run 30 degrees on a blower motor. Ok, I officially retire from this thread. Thankfully the experts are now here and can take over.

Top fuel dragsters are also torn down (to the block) between passes. Worst comparison ever. Had to add that. Goodbye.

This is something that I find so frustrating with this site. The perception is that the sponsors are protected by the moderators. Why can't the mods provide an explanation when things are deleted, accounts get banned, posts get altered?

I know they say that they just follow the terms of use, but it always seems as if things are done to benefit those that are sponsors at the expense of the regular members.

this is flat out wrong,do that and have your s/c pump fail and have 200d intake air temps and see what happens.

I can get my temps in the 140s in no time with a 180pulley and is why im going to a 172.

you are flat out wrong,go log a pullied car and see how fast it pulls timing.I talked to kleemann and they told me they would never run that much on the e55,they have been tuning amgs for 20 years, maybe they know a thing or two dont cha think?

1987 300D Turbo, 2007 ML63 AMG
I have a 2007 ML63 AMG with over 100,000 miles on it. I bought it recently and am not the first owner. It still looks like new inside and out and runs perfectly. I am not about to abuse it. These vehicles are jewels, real works of art. Just knowing that mine is speed limited to 155 mph, has the suspension, steering and brakes to make such performance safe is good enough for me. But then, I'll be 85 in May! :-)))
