EUROCHARGED HEAT EXCHANGER ISSUE
So i just put on the H/E on today... and my bottom lip is now curved because the H/e is too big is that just me... or the shop put it the wrong way...

you cant really put it the other way unless who ever put it on is a complete idiot. I heard that Eurocharged sent out the heat exchanger to someone here on the forum with the logo upside down, so maybe this happened to you and who ever installed it mounted it the way the logo was. I hope that is not the case. The inlet and outlet tubes should be on the left like in this picture here check if these are correct, the Heat exchanger should not be pushing your lip down at all.

ups I just read your thread over, you put it on? your are not an idiot maybe the lettering is upside down this happened to someone as I said above and Eurocharged sent him a new one after and he shipped the other one back (hey.....maybe you got that one)

I have the same problem and I dont like the fact that the oil cooler sits right under it.Tell your shop to force the bumper back together and just be carefull going over step roads as mine scrapes sometimes.
If we didnt have the oil cooler it would of been a perfect fit.

I had the same problem but I pushed the oil cooler as far back as possible and the bumper is normal again. I also removed all the plastic shrouding for the cooler.

Can Eurocharged help chime in with the best method for installation?
I received mine but haven't opened the box since I'm still out of town so I don't know if there's any installation information inside.

Remove the plastic around the oil cooler and also the plastic that was holding the factor HE and you should be good.
