A SLR shifter will also work with fighter pilot flipup and red illuminated "Push to Start" button. Cost is 1600 for the part.

It looks badass!

Pretty straight forward , DO NOT TWIST YOUR OLD SHIFT KNOB OFF!! Lift leather boot turn the black bottom piece under boot to loosen knob located under leather boot then pull your shift knob straight up. Wood panel pops out from ash tray area( front of wood panel with P R N D) black part to twist is the silver one on your new knob . Hope this helps. Try twisting your new silver piece first to see what I'm saying .

that would be awesome. If I could, I would like my steering wheel and shifter wrapped in Alcantara... I think it would be perfect.

Remember twisting only works with no keyless go shifter, keyless go knobs have 2 pins that plug in so twisting will only break those (no good) just give it a nice tug should come off pretty easy after turning the bottom part

Thanks for that, seems straightforward....why do i have a feeling i don't have the right shifter that most use, that silver part seems long.....

It does seem longer , but see if your black piece fits on that shift, because the shift knob looks the same. It most be from canada or Europe because it doesn't say (engine start/stop) if you need that button (engine start/stop) I have one extra

Do you have keyless go? If not, you could probably get one made in full Burlwood or find another solid wood knob and get it hydrodipped in burlwood
