Jerky Tranny
Recently I did a muffler delete on my car. Sounds like a monster. Now because of this, I have jerky movements when I gas it on manual. Can this ever be a cause of a muffler delete...? When I put it on 1st or 2nd gear and I gas it, it moves forwards and backwards a few times then pulls. This all happened after the muffler delete.

Loss of back pressure crowd in 3......2......1...............

There is no real loss of back pressure. If it was substantial enough to cause the car to misbehave, you would gain or lose torque.
What i believe is happening is sound adaptation via right appendage. When you push the pedal and hear the sound increase, sound that you are not used to hearing unless the pedal is pushed even more. You instinctively back off the pedal and car falls on its face, then you rinse and repeat.

guilty of that when I first modified my exhaust. Though it could also be the transmission mount
