m113k rear main seal and torque spec help

Got the tranny out so doing rear main seal on the 113k while i'm at it. Got a few questions and need torque specs, tightening sequences and stages

1. Since im doing the whole crank seal retainer and main seal, can I use permatex black or gray? Also should I press the main seal in to the retainer before install or after install? Also need torque on these bolts

2. I realize the flex plate to crank bolts are stretch bolts. After searching for part number I came up with A004 990 3212 which are 25.5mm. After removing mine I found out mine are shorter 18.5mm ones, but I had already bought the longer ones. Can I go ahead and still use the longer ones? Also need torque specs on these bolts

3. Torque specs for flex plate to torque converter bolts?

thanks

Did your dealer tell you that the end plate should be replaced too? Was there any difference between the old one and the new?

Ok, just trying to figure out if that is it something that is a must to do in order to get it fixed. I got the new seal but theres no info in EPC stating that it needs to be changed with the new seal. Starting to seem like everyone is just changing them for the sake of it, and sure while your in there you just might aswell do it

I've disassembled (4) M113s with varying mileage (all over 100k) and all of them were bone dry. I didn't replace my end plate
