You have to ask yourself what’s your long term goal if it’s lots of power then you need a trunk tank, injectors, killer chiller and put on 76 or smaller pulley if you want or crank or combo. If your needing that much power LT’s will be or should be at the top of the list and as you have an appetite for more power your pockets empty, lol. Otherwise your just pumping more heat into the motor and not running it safely. I told myself if I get to 460-470whp I’ll be happy and down the road I’ll buy a 2013+E63 just tune that and call it a day.

I hear ya on that. I pretty much want a full bolt on car. It's a street car. I just want to be quicker than the average guy on the road

Yeah same but mate take this advice. Mode in stages, do it slowly.. the cost of maintenance, mods snd depreciation will soon have you eyeing a m157 with a tune lolol

Haha good advice. I'll def do everything one by one and have seperate dyno runs to see what each mod added.

its easy to be faster then the avg guy for sure. Once you start comparing to a new M5, E63 and it becomes very hard unless your full bolt on’s and running consistently, even then with there just tune only will pull. I just accepted that as long as I don’t get beat buy a new infinity q60 I’m good but even those are doing well with tunes and a couple of bolt on’s. Technology in cars and how they produce power and how easily they can gain more power within the aftermarket is amazing. E55 was an amazing car and still is but things are just progressing forward at a fast pace.

those parts come from russia, have heard many times they've taken over a month to arrive after shipped. All pb5 parts are DTK and there are horror shows.

shoot me a PM and I'll get you setup with a quality BWK, I'll price match and you'll have it in 3 days.

I agree. I def know I'm not going to be faster than most newer performance cars, especially ones with mods.

I emailed him the 3rd time and asked for a refund and just filed a complaint through my bank. Im just waiting on that, I don't want to get stuck with 2 BWK's so once I get some confirmation through bank or him ill be ordering it from you.

That's it. I can actually get away with 80 and 77 with my stock HE.

I just had a really good deal on pulley and tune by EC.

Truth is there's no diff if you have 550 or 590 HP...Unless you're a dedicated drag racer.

SL55 has a larger HE than an E55.
