Got the spec sheet with pricing this am.
. When I was spec'ing the car was told that premium pack wasnt avail for my build. Didnt mind so much the driver aid stuff(except for blind spot detec) but would hve liked the surround view, HUD and dinamica headliner(cant get this without premium). Also only had choice of carbon fiber or metal trim. In the end this is a drivers car and figured could live without premium.

 

Well at least you saved a lot of money and you got the 3d sound upgrade, I didn't even know until today when I saw your order that was an option plus the Panorama roof, that use to be standard, now on the 2018 if not ordered you just get a small sliding roof. I wish the salesman knew more about these cars. I hope I can add these two things to my September build, but ya, i'm looking way north of 130K if I can but, oh well, it's what I want. The features offered in these cars are amazing.

 

UK here - my order has slipped from the end of August to September, thanks to the Panoramic Sunroof. Waiting for the car is killing me!

 

I understand that about the hard time waiting. I'll more than likely be waiting until towards the end of October for my car, oh well, I've still gotta sell my 2012 AMG Wagon and it gives me plenty of time this way. The trade in the dealer offered me on my current car is absolute crap.

MSRP is $141,860

Notable cost adders were the designo selinite grey magno paint at $3950, ceramic brakes at $8950, and two carbon fiber packages at $2950 and $2850.

Other than the 3D sound, there weren't many options left in checked. So, my guess is that a fully loaded car with everything thrown in would be close to $150 k.

 

are those carbon pack 1 and 2 or either of those and the interior pack pricing?

Oddly, the steering wheel price isn't shown though it is on the order confirmation. Maybe it's part of PP3, I don't remember.

I got mine from the dealer on my order.

 

When you place an order for the car, the confirmation sheet lists the prices. At least as of yesterday. Prior to that it showed N/C because the pricing hadn't been released yet.

 

So, to address the elephant in the room...
Now that prices are out and I imagine deliveries coming up, anyone out there broached deals or lease pricing? I know that some of you have already worked out an agreement with your dealer for % off MSRP however I did not do such a thing( I am working with a dealer that I do not have a relationship with). I am trying to avoid an 11th hour negotiation with the car in front of us and at a time where you as buyer have the least leverage. This is a car admittedly that the dealer clearly has an upper hand of course. I am leasing and hoping that this car will have a high residual value that will offset the effects of MSRP and likely standard money factor.

 

I don't believe AMG cars will have a high residual at all (if compared to your typical E class, in fact, it may even be lowered for the AMG).

 

Very excited to get this car in and see what it will do. This will be replacing my ML63. Pricey but I plan on retaining this one for a while.

You can get the trapeze cut aluminum trim, high gloss brown ash wood trim, or the natural grain brown ash wood trim. The rest are optional $.
