This pic shows her lowered 32mm I think front and back. The module makes it so quick and easy and works every single time.

I just put my car back to factory settings and there's no way it's stock height. It looks slammed. I unplugged it twice to verify and it says that the current setting is factory but I highly doubt it. Thoughts?

It sure would if I actually did but I dont and we all know pictures dont always show the correct depth as there is a lot of clearance still. I run 130 and beyond daily and I have zero issues. The suspension is very stiff at speed (not that its soft at slower speeds LOL)

Just leave in factory height mode, raise the car,drive the car around the block and the drop it again.

That may just reset it. Good luck

Not to scare anyone who is using the Ebay lowering module, particularly the blue lowering module to have your suspension/alignment checked. I purchased this from the seller about 3 months ago and once installed, I was liking how it sits lowered, however after less than 2K miles, I've have notice the " OUTER " front 2 tires where going bald. Mind you this is a brand new MY17 S63 Sedan that I upgraded from my old W212 E63 where the tires are prematurely worn out on the INNER side of the tires which I understand is common with AMGs. Long story short, took it to my local dealer to have them check the car out and was told the 4matic and alignment were so off that it needed a whole day just to re calibrate the 4matic and alignment.

Needless to say, I took the module out and have not used it since ( after re calibration and alignment ). I drive the car gently especially during the brake in period so it must me the lowering module. If you have not notice anything out of ordinary, that is great, BUT I would suggest having your suspension check. I was told by my dealer my S63 was siting on different height for the front and back ( forgot if it was front and back or left to right ) so the car was uneven. FYI.

Just FYI. W222 S-Class 4matic's are notorious for front wheel outer tire wear. Primarily on S550's. Our S-Class was not lowered, aligned to spec and front tires were going bald on the outside. Alignment spec tolerances apparently weren't good enough to keep the tires in good shape.

That said, recently swapped the snows from our lowered E63s and the fronts had some inner tire wear. This would be as expected, but the rears were perfect. Go figure...

Thanks. The tires were bald at 3k miles so I did't think it is normal so took it into the dealer and was told the 4matic and alignment was wayyyyyyyyy off. Just saying have your alignment check if you have this lowering module.

3K miles? If the car drove straight and this happened on both fronts, the dealer should get you a set of front tires! It's impossible for a lowered car to wear on the outside as lowering increases the negative camber.

Lowered cars can benefit from alignment to preserve tire life but some like the improved handing, tires be damned

Our module works as promised. So the question is if your software is quirky or if it was the module programming. Honestly could be either. MB can obviously override it back to stock and perhaps update the suspension software. Otherwise, connect to the Ebay seller and have him assist you in the fix.

Car was new when purchased and yes it drove straight. Dealer was puzzled why the front tires would wear so fast so it was replaced thus the 4matic and alignment which my understanding was costly. The first thing the dealer asked was the car lowered because that was the only reason the shop foreman can think of that would require 4matic and alignment done at the same time.

Not trying to scare anyone, just sharing my experience.

I believe they had to re calibrate the 4matic and according to the shop foreman, he's never seen a new car with less than 4k miles had to replace 2 front tires and 4matic re calibration and alignment. The funny thing is I never mentioned about the car being out of alignment, I was there for an software update and the tech said he thought the car didn't look siting right so he checked and was right and the alignment and 4matic all need recalibration.

Anytime you adjust ride height you then have to re-align the car. Anyone that says different is kidding themselves. Also make sure you didn't lower the car and change the rake . If so driving results could be really bad if not dangerous .
