Be prepared to bring it across the border for service and warranty work. But I don’t believe the MB dealer will sell it to non-citizens. Not sure about a third party dealer middle man. I am only a couple hours away from this and went to look at it awhile ago. It was around $200k CAD then

They built too many final editions in the US, and they just sit on the lot with no buyer. Most of Canada E63s are non FE. Shame on MBUSA and US dealers.

This auction is an eye-opener for me. Although it didn't sell, we now know there's more than one buyer willing to pay $175k. Never would've believed there's a market for Final Edition wagons at or near MSRP.

I took one. 
And the other two were sold as far as I know.
I know MB west covina has one non-FE unsold as of last week, not sure the pricing since they don't sell to out of state customer.
