red leather or white leather are always beautiful but those need ceramic coating on them. My wife had a red leather lexus... I loved it.

I'm sure it's lovely but red just isn't for me.

100% RS6 with the base 21" wheels. I hate big wheels but 21" are much nicer than the goofy 22s. The Audi is so hot and there are many for sale.

I'm considering one but closer to being done altogether with inefficient daily and going Model S. Save the antique motor and driving experience for my GT3.

Well lookie here. "Loaded" final edition with CCB at my dealer:
https://www.mercedes-benz-oakville.c...h8kb1pb168828/

Another in St. Catherines:
https://www.mercedes-benz-performanc...h8kb9pb168785/

In fact Oakville has two new E63 wagons with CCB for sale. Did they do dealer swaps? Not know they were coming? Lied to me about no CCB Wagons coming? Didn't think I was a real buyer with a deposit with them for a year? Or none of the above just total incompetence by MB HQ? I guess the last option makes the most sense.

If they would have secured me one of these FE incoming with CCB I'd have never strayed to Mississauga to buy the defective one.

LOL.

RS6 Avant... it is a nice *** ride and probably without any of the headaches, which sucks but it is what it is.

Nice. Of you get, just please rip off those hideous decals, and you're good to go! Not fond of matte paint but that matte graphite looks amazing. And those wheels with the gold calipers are amazing.

I just emailed my sales guy there "hey my car is still at your dealer broken..." and the link to the FE.

But I'm with you on the decals, and really, I like my paint better...

<sigh>

Yeah.
Wow! Sorry to learn this. Have the repair parts come into the shop? At this point, I would go to get a FE wagon that they have on the floor (after the appropriate screaming, etc.) Certainly not a good situation, but there are alternatives (if you can tolerate the side decals).

The selling dealer basically told me to ****off re: transmission and my trim issues. The dealer that is helping me didn't sell me the car and it's a owned by a different group. Would that matter? I assumed I'd have to drag the car back to the selling dealer and start all over kicking and screaming at them. But their service sucks so bad I'm scared of doing that. I still think my best bet is to just get it fixed properly. I had in my calendar to call the 1-800 # and make a stink. Thing is I don't want the dealer that's taking care of me to get negative points and don't know how all this works. The servicing dealer really has treated me right, on my old car too, and I don't doubt for a second they are just waiting on parts.

Or I could be completely wrong and this never ends.

800 number is totally useless so don't waste your time there. Based on many years of personal experience, they're not only incompetent but have no customer service ability. I'd fire most everyone involved starting with management.

Very sorry to hear this. Did servicing dealer give you reason of the delay? And provide any ETA on parts arrival if it was the case?

J - Really sorry to hear of the issues with your ride. You can literally write a book on the process of buying your ride. My dealership is part of the same group and I had the same so-so experience. I haven't posted the pics of my Wagon yet. I will in the next few days!

MBCA owns the warranty performance. At some point they have to get involved to satisfy the warranty claim. The US has consumer laws (varies by state) to protect the consumer for performance issues. Doesn't Ontario have similar consumer protections? The service department is just the execution arm for repairs and claims. The only point system of which I'm aware is when claims are not performed correctly or being false. Just my 5 Loonies here.

Yes they are lame

Just called my SA I will have the car back next week https://mbworld.org/forums/w213-amg/...ml#post8850832

He said to call the 800 # to complain

Any powerful words to say?
You know, like when someone says "I felt threatened" and everything gets serious really fast?

what helped me get two buybacks in 2014 (two customer ordered 2014 e550 sedans) from Mbusa was this "I was worried for my safety and my wife and kids safety, and what if we lost control of the vehicle" additionally my wife was pregnant with our 3rd at the time and I made that incredible clear to them.

had a transmission issue as well. It's a) a reasonable complaint and b) something they do not want to counter you on as it's a real risk.

Not a fan of the RS6 prefer the less expensive RS 3 Sedan. If need another wagon will go for W214 All Terrain in 2026.

Yesterday while getting a Software Refresh on AMG Wagon in ABQ NM, went next door to wait at their Porsche store since showroom is usually empty. Salesman says they only expect to get one 911 S/T and is already sold for $150K over MSRP. Out of boredom sat in the new 2024 Cayenne S Coupe which now has a V8 standard. Their Spec retailed for $136K...that SUV is growing on me and I fit comfortably both front and back. Will need to test drive one in 2024 when get first Service B performed after return from East Coast just after Thanksgiving. Looks better with 22" wheel upgrade and meatier Tires. If I need another V8, 468-HP not too shabby...

The new Cayenne is beautiful. Somehow many years ago Porsche managed to create an iconic SUV that's now just about up there with legends like Land Rover Range Rover and Toyota Land Cruiser. If I didn't care about money and had more garage bays, I'd buy a used late model Land Cruiser and keep it forever. The new ones just aren't the same.

I.T. Guy forget Mercedes and try to get an allocation for one of these. Other than the 22" wheels (they're gorgeous but I despise big wheels) it's virtually flawless.

I'm confused regarding the allocation 2023 non-FE E63S wagons. Initially, I understood that there were only going to be 8 units for the US. Now, the developing information yields at least 25 units if my math is correct. How could anyone who wanted a wagon actually order one or even find one that has already been set for production? Did parts magically appear to allow more to be built? Totally misleading to both the dealers and the potential buyers.

A Cayenne S trim or higher with full leather interior and air suspension is a phenomenal vehicle. Looks good (subjective), good performance and high level of luxury and comfort.

The EA825 4.0TTV8 seems solid so far and the ZF8HP transmission is one of the most widely used in the auto industry, so no concerns there. In the Cayenne S trim, the EA825 is near the lower end of its tuning range, compared with Cayenne Turbo GT and Urus power levels, which increases confidence for reliability of the S.

It's crazy but I still haven't seen a single RS6 on the road where I live. I'll see an E63 at worst once a month.
