Hence the reason for our products... no compatibility list needed. as they are all upgradable and currently fully compatible with everything.

2011 e-350 coupe, no problem, phones pair, phone books download.

CLK-350 Bluetooth...Done!!
Just had Keith Valentine (714-746-5930, cellguy@live.com) install bluetooth puck and related equipment in my 2008 CLK-350 Con (that was pre-wired but how can you tell??). I couldn't be happier that is is done, works as he said it would, cost much less than the dealer and, best of all, I don't have to try to figure out which part numbers I need to order.
I found Keith's contact info on another thread and I am very glad I did.
It was about 24 hours from when we spoke until the job was done. I just posted an Angie's List review as well. We need more people like this in the world.

I did this all a very different way. I have a 2000 E320 4Matic Wagon and I installed the Alpine INA-W900BT. It provides excellent quality navigation, hands-free Bluetooth calling, DVD Video, CD, an unbelievably fast Ipod connection, a rear camera, auxiliary input as well as Bluetooth audio. It was not that hard to install and offers a lot of options.

Cartronics, I'm taking delivery of a nice 2001 CLK430 this week. It has the original nav and phone systems and I will be looking to do the bluetooth upgrade and I like your Argos product. Just a comment about your website, when I enter that car and open up the page at the bottom it says this:
"There is currently a production list with a 3-4 week wait time till shipment. No matter when you order, it will take 3-4 weeks to deliver
CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK,
NO CURRENT ETA"
I do legal stuff with the IRS every day, words and correct writing skills are very important, it reflects on your company and this is very confusing. Not making fun of your or anything like that but I believe you mean there's a production <waiting> list not just a "production list" and then is this thing available in the near future or not? You say very clearly 3-4 weeks delivery time then you say equally clearly "No current ETA". I assume it's not available right now so you should simply say something like this:
"Not available at this time, please email us and we will contact you when it becomes available or check the website periodically".
I know, picky, picky but I do business consulting among other things at a CPA firm, just a little friendly advice, that's all.

Thanks for the info - it has to do with the way the page is dynamically generated. Sometimes each line is pulled from different database entries. Won't matter much, as the status is about to be changed again to available very soon.

a new member PM'ed me with a BT issue that baffles me. He installed MHI, contact plate and the compensator in his 2006 C280, and he's got power to the BT puck, which he successfully paired to his phone, but the car says "No Phone." Any trouble-shooting tips?

I was reviewing Bryant's Itronic-BT but hear he has passed. Hugs and condolences to the family during this emotional time. I watched the video on installation and felt very confident. Now it looks like the only avenue is the mObridge MOST Bluetooth Interface system. As simple to install in the glove box w/removal of the CD-changer? Is there some type of toggle switch? Were to purchase and how much? Hate to ask so many questions at once but anxious to start the process. Thanks for all your help and guidance!

Will Blue Tooth Puck (B67875856) support iPod Touch Music
Hi,
I recently installed a BT Puck (B67875856) with a Universal PSE (Q6820971)
and cable eliminator (Q6820976) in my 2002 CLK320 that originally had a Timeport system (also had COMAND and voice activation).
The system works great with my Motorola E815 BT phone and Apple IPhone 4.
When I pair it with my iPod Touch, it seems to pair, but it does not play music or an audio book through the car's speakers system. Does this BT puck only work for phone communication? What do I need to play music/audio books wirelessly through the car's speakers?

All I can suggest is to check that the puck is properly seated, and also check the wiring under the cradle compartment and floor of your console. Also check to see if anything is coming into contact with the "blue button" on the puck, when it shouldn't.
Other than that, I can't help. You have an incompatible phone. It may sometimes be screwy.

First, please stop shouting (using all caps).
Second, you bought the wrong puck. You needed the one without the cable, and you could simply have slipped it into the cradle and been OK. See http://www.wireless4mb.com/page8/page8.html
Post #3 above covered it:
"If you have an ’03 or an ‘04 model with an OE phone installation, (except the ’03-’04 E Class and the ’04 S-Class) you are home free. You should already have the V60 “Autosense” PSE, and the V60 cradle.
"All you need now is a V60 Bluetooth puck (also known as a "cradle adapter" from AWS (http://www.wireless4mb.com) or other source. It plugs into the cradle or the Cradle Eliminator. It's about $390. Mate a compatible Bluetooth phone (not necessarily one purchased from AWS – but see compatibility notes, later), and you're done."
If you had followed the AWS page through to the '04 SL, you would have seen you needed the V60 puck without the cord.

Hello Skylaw, I hope you can help me. I have a iphone 4 which connected fine in bluetooth with my 2007 S550, but I just upgraded to iphone 5, now the phone will not connect with the car. My car have a bluetooth puck. Can it be the iPhone 4 used 2.1 blue tooth tech., and iPhone 4S and 5 useing 4.0 tech.? Any input from you will be great.

I have not seen any other reports of an iPhone 5 not working with the B6 787 5878 (silver and blue) and B6 787 6131 (black) pucks. In theory, the BT 4.0 firmware should be backward compatible. Your '07 probably has the 6131 puck.
One thing - when I bought my new 4S (I did not need all the features of the iPhone 5, so I upgraded my 4 to a 4S with iOS6), I went merrily out to my car and noted thatI got a "no phone" message on my COMAND screen. Well, of course! I had not paired the new phone. I hate to ask if you checked pairing; and I do so not to be insulting, but because I forgot that "little" step for a moment, myself.

Pairing instructions for your puck are on the AWS website - http://www.wireless4mb.com
Keep following the pages until you get to your car and the puck for it.
The pairing portion for the phone are in the phone instructions.

Im sorry I read through the post just a little confused. I have a 2004 E55 with the cradle and the v60 phone, do I just need to buy the bluetooth puck and I am good to go? Or is there a better way to go about this.
