Im not a happy camper right now, got my wheels this afternoon, changed the front two wheels and I have rubbing on the front bumper and slight rubbing on the spring.

Called the place I got them from, theyre gonna call me back. The guy reassured me they would fit fine.

19*8.5 with 235/35/19 and 19*9.5 with 265/30/19.

Any ideas?

Likely,... your front wheel offset is,... OFF!

First of all,... I really don't recommend your wheel-tire set up,... unless you'll only be driving at school zone speed limit on baby-*** smooth airplane runway. If you'll be driving on pothole plagued city streets then 19" rims WILL cause suspension damage to your car. I wouldn't recommend anything larger than 18".

That said,.... you're currently running the MAX wheel-tire size combo that you can on W203-CL203 without requiring wheelwell-fender roll, bodywork, wheelwell liner work, steering limiter, etc,.. if you had the correct offset!

When you run 19x8.5 235/35R19 on the front,... with Brabus 29 Offset you `should` be fine with no rubbing. But with 28 offset like on Carlsson you WILL need a crapload of wheelwell-fender roll and bodywork,... with these huge rims and tire setup it really is a game of millimeters!

What offset do you have on the front?

Gotcha, I think I found 17s that I like by Mandrus Millennium with tires for less than what I paid. I'm just pissed because I told the dude my setup and they assured me they would work, so now I'm going to have to ship them back and it's a pain in the ***.

8.5 ET28 doesn't need fender rolling up front IF you don't have the car lowered on coilovers with no finger gap.

I'm on ET27 8.5 and 9.5 BBS LM btw.

Wheel offsets are 30mm, N3000s. 235/35r19 front, 265/30r19.
Stock suspension, its rubbing on the inside bumper cover, and also hitting the strut.

Ok,... so let's summarize,.... for 19x8.5 front wheels with 235/35R19 tires:

FrankW's 27 ET (BBS) have NO rubbing

28 ET on Carlsson will cause rubbing
29 ET on Brabus have NO rubbing

Huh,... why do we look at offset (ET)???? Oh, now I get it,... odd number offsets will NOT cause rubbing,... while even number offsets WILL cause rubbing.

I had no rubbing on the front on my Carlsson 1/16 BE ET28 with 235/35/19 Eagle F1 GS-D3s. The rear was 19x10 ET35 on 265.

Hello everyone, this is my first post EVER so please dont be too harsh on me.... So I'm looking at upgrading my rims on my 05 cl203 evo pkg. The problem I'm having deals with size, offset, and width. My goal is to acheive the hellaflush look minus the negative camber. I don't care about blah blah this or blah blah that as I've seen people bashed on this thread before so please save it. So back to basics, going with the pss9 c/o kit from bilstein and trying to find the right offset I would need to use to get that look. I was thinking about these rims

going with 9 inches all around instead of staggered but again the offset on those is +38 and my stocks come with a +37. So again I will mention to you all this is my first EVER posting anywhere. Please be nice...

That's a nice looking wheel. W/ the PSS9 system 1mm difference in offset shouldn't make a difference. But, I think I read somewhere that you will need spacers to fit the PSS9's (maybe spacers are only required for KW V2's?). If you lower your car you will want to get the MB eccentric bolt front camber kit and an adjustable rear camber arm. Search and you will find.

I tried searching but didn't find any info ... has anyone put AMG III or AMG III replicas on their W203? I'm thinking of putting the Sport Edition knockoff version on my 4matic, but was wondering if anyone has any pics of them fitted on their car ...

Thanks for the quick response unlike mine. So I've looked around for the MB eccentric bolt front camber kit and an adjustable rear camber arm, found it, but unfortunately can't seem to find a seller. I you know as to where I could possibly find one that would be greatly appreciated. I think I found that MB art makes the front camber kit but again no luck with a seller.

what kind of spacers would one need for the miro MO2 wheels?? F 19X8.5 et45 R 19x9.5 et48. I think the rear wouldnt fit but wanted some input from the wheel gurus

well it said it would fit a c300 (i know different offset) just wondered if spacers would make it fit nice

Been doing a ton of research about rims and tires and just want to clarify one last time before I make the purchase.

I am looking at a set of 19" Mandrus Millenium Rims for my 2005 C230 Sedan with the big calipers.

I found a set of rims with the following offsets-
19x8.5 32 offset Front
19x9.5 35 offset Rear

Will these clear without spacers? What is the best tire size for these rims.

They sell a rim and tire package that comes with 235/35/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear. Is this the optimal size or should I ask for something different?

Am I gonna get rubbing with these? No plans to change my suspension at this point so it is at stock height.

Also, I have a black car, do you guys think the black rims would make it too dark, I thought I was all set to order them but now I think it will be too dark. Looking at the hyper silver ones now.

shouldnt be any rubbing, not sure about the rear tires... and when you say big brakes is the sport brakes or the c32 brakes then there will no problem...

will a 245/35/18 fit on a 06 w203 on stock height i know everyone says 235/35/19 are max but im hopping i can make these work without them looking funny or rubbing oh im running stock sl 22 spoke wheels

The sport brakes is what I was talking about.

How about the rears? I have read some do and some don't. Stock height should make it ok right?

I ran 245/35/18 on my mrr wheels ric...

should be ok... I am not really an expert but from the looks of it should be fine..
