Autohausaz.com
has oem for $10 less per 4 you need than Rmeuro.
Add on a few other items that you need such as air and oil to get it over $50 and shipping is free.

Did you get that REST pump squared away?
It’s typically false economy to install plugs other than those specified in your MB operator’s manual.
Balderdash! Recently surpassed the 230,000 mile threshold on my GMC having replaced its $1.99 CR43TS’s every 30k. Hell bent for strong original L05 long-block still consumes less than a liter between OCIs. A steady diet of premium HTHS lubricants and synthetic filters may have contributed. Knock wood.
Regret not having sent birthday wishes yesterday. Trust you had a good one, amigo.

Hey Thanx Splinter for checking on me. I just finally did it yesterday, I received the part from parts geek a few days ago (Air filter, the cabin air filter and the auxilliary water pump). They arrived loosely assembled in a box, the air filter even had a couple of grease handling stains but it was new. I was expecting a more professional packaging but may be it is standard operating procedure in the industry, I never really bought any car part before so I didn't make much of a big deal about it plus everyone here speaks highly of "geekspart" so may be it was an isolated incident.
Anyway I did everything, my very first DIY what a thrill! I think I am becoming a mechanic here!!!! The only bad point is that I lost the little black plastic connector part that helps secure the plug on top of the pump at the very end. Otherwise all went super well, I was too nervous to take pics given my rookie status.
Thanx again for all the help.

Yes, I recently discovered that even NGK iridiums after about 30K put undue stress on the coil packs, causing misfires and CP failures.
Who would thunk it?
