Gauges in a benz ?
I don't want to be ricey or anything but does anyone have gauges in their benz ? Since the c230ks are supercharged, i guess you could legitly have a gauge for the boost ?
Also, how hard would it be to install these

I've seen it done before. It may be slightly out of place in the interior, but maybe you could conceal it well, like a member did by putting the gauges in his ash tray.

This is what a lot of members have. I have the same one but mounted right below the speedometer. I'll try to see if I can find a picture of mine.

I as well have seen this done. No harm in it I dont think as long as its done right. I mean dont like stick it where its very noticable to everyone. Putting it in a ash tray is a good idea or like the link obove me did with his R230 SL. Good spot I think.

I think that discreetly done on the drivers screen pillar looks best & is totally reversible without damaging anything. They are out of the way & easy to read. Pods are available in the right colour.
Who cares if someone thinks it's rice. Function over form for me without screwing up the dash.

Bummer...
I made a custom dual pod mold for the A Pillar, the person that wanted the pod did not pay...I did not want it...no one else wanted it...I scrapped the mold...

heres what I did to the ash tray, and obviously if you wanna ever change back to stock just replace the ash tray with an oem one ( sorry i dont have any newer pics of it actually being finished) https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...-pod-idea.html

I have a DashDyno SPD which monitors my boost, IATs, coolant temps, voltage, timing, etc through OBDII and it looks pretty clean.
and yes, i think that usually doing an A pillar pod setup on a benz would look silly. how much boost are c230s making anyway?
to the OP, is there an actual reason why you want/should be monitoring boost? or is it just for show/looks?
