Spark Plugs Replaced
I found about a teaspoonful of oil in the first 2 sparkplug wells. The other 2 were dry. Anyone else experience this? Was wondering if maybe its because whomever was changing the oil in the car did a sloppy job and accidently spilled oil or something.
I think the plugs were original to the car. They were the Bosch plugs. But, with a feeler, from front to back, the gaps were: .042, .040, .038, .039. The plugs from the dealer were .032. Think the plugs were original?
I'm hoping the change in plugs and air filter will help with the mileage...
Your Thoughts?

when u first turn on your car burns gas faster to warm up the cat converters
the computer only does the average mpg but once your car is warmed up reset the mpg with the button...to get your correct mpg.
i can get up to 35 mpg on the highway
city mpg i dont really know cause of waiting at spot lights (idleing)
I've done plenty of valve cover gaskets in the past... anything "special" I need to know if trying to do this DIY?
I log all my miles and gas purchases in a program on my phone... that is where I'm getting my gas mileage consumption rates from. I am 90% highway miles averaging 75mph (at least).

I'm thinking if my gas mileage doesn't come up.... would that mean a new Air Mass Meter on the horizon????
Jason

Perhaps Glyn or one of the model mazens can give some advice here. I would get any parts from the Sponsor above if that is practical for you.
