yeah mine arrive tuesday too... and he's giving the tracking for the fogs tomorrow... i hope they dont take too much longer!... its about freaking time we got bixenons...

Bi-Xenon- How do you clean inside of lens?

I bought Bi-Xenon's on eBay, and there are waterspots on the inside of the passenger lens. Pretty annoying!
They were described as "Clean and Clear". There are like 10-12 spots. Will post pics in the morning.
Any easy way to clean the spots?
Here's a pic of D2R bulbs in OEM Bi-X. Not good.

Wow, that's screwed up. I hope he sold you the legit thing and not projectors, and if they are definitely OEM, then it must be the bulb. But you're right, that looks nothing like OEM xenon.

If it's not OEM, it's a damn good knockoff. They have the red twist connector to the D2S bulb. They have the locking circular lock tabs for both high and low beam. The ballast is mounted on the bottom w an MB part #. The Bi-Xenon works visually, and you can hear the motor move the shield. There is a horizontal "line" that goes through the whole projector beam lens in the middle. There is a stamp on the plastic shows DOT D2S. I didn't see an E-Mark. Yeah, hopefully it's just this aftermarket bulb is installing backwards in my headlight. This beam looks worse than my Depo did...

No, it doesn't self adjust. I mean when you turn the high beam on, a motor moves the shield on the Xenon, hence the Bi-Xenon. I should have clarified.

I just checked and the bulbs inside the headlight now are D2R. No wonder it looks like crap! He sent the OEM D2S bulbs today, so hopefully I'll have em soon. I'll prob. order 6000K D2S bulbs on eBay tonight anyways.

it is up to Gaston. Again, -- sellers, vendors, businesses, individuals -- whatever you want to call them, have to ask & pay to have SPONSOR status. That is not something just "given away".

yeah, i didn't think that we just "give it away". i talked to him to see if he is interested and he is. i already emailed some administrators about it. i am just waiting for the administrators to send me info so i can let me know what he has to do.

OK, I made an impromptu purchase of a new toy, so I need to sell my BIX that I haven't even received yet from Gaston! So, if anyone is interested, send me a PM and I'll sell for what I paid ($949 w/shipping within the US included.). Bummer I can't use these BiXenon lights, but I really need to spend the money on the other toy!

I couldn't fathom trying to explain to my dad why I would replace a perfectly good muffler with another one that costs hundreds of dollars.
I told him the old one was noisy.
