Thanks, for the compliment...

As for you, I would probably suggest the smoked ones, the clears might stand out too much against the black, the smoked ones would blend in a bit more, imho

check out some of the pics posted....

either way it's got to be better than the big orange....lol

I was just thinking white because my car is black, and my lights are white (well, transparent). If I got smoked, then there would be black, white and gray. I just figured the clear would match with the lights more. Thanks for the input. If I change my mind, you got my business Phrank.

Derspeed,
Thanks for the DIY...great info and only took 15 mins for the whole thing. One thing to note, if it is below 30 degrees, the fender trim is going to be very stiff...even more so than usual.

Did those LED Tails ever come out?

Hi Bryan,

Thanks. We should have BOTH the CLEAR and the SMOKE version coming out early June.

If you want to organize a Group Buy, I guess we will do that. But I can't give you a set date yet.

Btw, from the photo, you have the AMG C63, right?

The LED Tail for the W204 is under development now, but it's gonna take months.

And if someone can supply or let us borrow the gauge cluster, we can make the white or silver gauge face like the ones we have for the BMWs (on eBay).

We do have some Aluminum Pedals for Mercedes.

Regards,
Lee
Are there any LED Tails beside MB's yet?

Complete LED tails or just the turn signal as in my option pack? Total LED would be sweet unless it looks ricey and cheap.

My correction, the clip is on top so just push down as the arrow shows. Then mine has a screw where the red circle is. Its a star shaped one that looks something like this

Installed my new clear corners last night. It took about 20 minutes per side once I remembered reading there was a screw. The torx screw (t15) is not easy to get to but I had a small torx bit that worked. I used the existing lighting housing as well.

Posting a pic taken off my iPhone, so the pic is not too sharp but you'll get an idea how the clear ones will look on a black C300 Sport.

Thanks Derspeed (and fishcakes) for the sweet new lights. Looks much much better than the stock orange ones. Even the wife liked it!

Just installed my clear side markers today... Definitely would have helped if there was also a left-handed person around because pulling those pins on the passenger side is awkward. Busted my knuckle doing so...

On the bright side, no torx screws for me.

Hey guys, since most of you have now swapped out your OEM amber reflectors for the aftermarket ones, can anyone sell me their OEM markers?

Well assuming you don't really need the OEM amber ones anymore cause you have the aftermarket ones already, I'll pay around the same as how much aftermarket ones cost so $40-50?

i purchased my clear side-markers from goodstuffs on ebay.
excellent look and quality
i have one problem: they have a slight gap between bumper and side-markers, but what bothers me is the fact that they wiggle. (My car didnt have the screws if that makes a difference)

any feedback?

thanks

Back from the dead. This has to be the most common mod.

Did the OEs wiggle? Mine did slightly. Only by hand and with a bit of force, but they did as much as the goodstuffs stuff. It won't happen any other time. If it bothers you, place some foam tape around the edge of the inner housing (cup) and the pressure should be enough to stop any movement.

The gap, albeit minute, is due to the fact that there is a plastic "lip" around the outline of the marker that the stock units do not have. Depending on how **** you are or how much it bothers you, it'd be easy to sand/dremel it down and then it'd sit absolutely flush.
Movement, however, is indeed probably due to not having the Torx screw to securely hold it in place. The pressure clip only prevents it from falling out. What Derspeed suggests should work for you.
