Sorry for the confusion, on the 450 if you get premium trim, you get a clock.

I went back and forth on this feature.. sitting and driving both back-to-back. At the end of the day I went with the car that had them. The "standard" seats do offer a little more padding, although to me the performance seats changed the entire look of the car. I've only had the car a few days, and haven't put more than 100 or so miles on it, but so far I'm VERY happy with the performance seats.

C450 wheel offset

Just received my C450. I want to replace the 18" wheels with 19X8 front/19X 9 rear. Can some one tell me the proper off set to use. Thank You.

Then MB said that they're out of parking packages for the remainder of the year, so my car got pushed to the end of January.

Yes, waiting for 3 months sucks, especially if you know that you can go and get the car from another dealer right now, but I'm in no rush and decided that getting the exact options I want is worth the wait. Plus, I'm getting $4000+ off with these guys.

Heard this recently as well, Parking Sensors and any of the parking cameras are OOS and won't be in till January..so nothing with them is getting delivered till February earliest.. ;-(

Now, what to do.

Good luck with not using OEM rims. Be careful the Brembo brakes have been doing a number on non-OEM rim manufacturers.

Offset on the front is +33mm (18" and 19"), rear either +44mm or +49mm (18") or +52mm (19"). Also OEM wheels are 18x7.5 (front) and 18x8.5 (rear) or 19x7.5 (front) and 19x8.5 (rear).

Yeah, too bad they don't offer the 19" AMG cross-spoke forged sized to fit the C450. Not sure why they couldn't have offered that. I don't need a 469 hp V-8, but I'd still like to have those nice looking wheels.

Nicer wheels, ventilated/cooled seats, and CarPlay and I'd be good to go. I'd like less personality, too (i.e.fake engine noise), not because it sounds 'bad', but just because it sounds loud. Just personal preference. I'd settle for the first three, though.

Are you saying the reverse back up camera is back ordered too?

So if my build date is first week of December then I have to wait until February now?

sure iworks thanks for the advise. I'll finally go for ash wood trim, it is less expensive (700 EUR diff) and more classy than carbon as I don't like the gloss effect on the latter. The clock is indeed nice and makes me think about ¨Porsche interiors

I am not sure why they are not at least 8.5 front 9.5 rear. 8.5 rear for a 19" wheel is kind of narrow for me.

Yes I ordered from Mercedes Belgium, the option is called AMG carbon packet 2.
Where are you from, France ?
I finally found the carbon spoiler : here it cannot be a build option or package but an accessory (part) you have to buy. The Ref is A2057900200 and it costs around 1,000 EUR. On the web you can find it cheaper.

my understanding was the cameras required for surround view, which would include a backup camera, but maybe the backup camera CAN be done separately.

If you have a firm build date, you're probably okay

With black package there is less contrast on the bottom part and we don't see anything as the exterior iridium is very light

with alu we see a contrast that was my opinion.

On Iridium, I too would not get the night package (Black).

i think the rearview cameras MAY be available, but anyone interested in the surround view or park assist, SOL till mid-jan earliest build dates.

could be earlier, COULD be later

My build has been frozen today and cannot be changed anymore.
In summary:
C450 iridium silver (after having 3 black cars in a row...)
Technology pack (comand, light package, DVD player, rear camera)
Panoramic sunroof
multi spoke 19' AMG wheels with gloss black
Black leather seats with red stitching
Heated and memory seats
Ash wood trim
AMG Performance steering wheel
Burmester sound system
Tinted rear windows
Remote online

My first add would be the carbon rear spoiler AMG part.

Delivery within 6 to 8 weeks depending on build time and weather conditions (snow)

Waiting torture starts !!
