Need Advice on Adding More Power to HPS SC
Here is why. Positive displacement blowers produce flat TQ curves. Look at two areas circled on the graph below. There is a 50 lbs. jump ion TQ a 2500 and 50 lbs. jump in TQ at 3200 rpm. Which indicates either a tuned length intake manifold or cams or both. HPS kit does not have tuned manifold.
Secondly, for each psi of boost a good 4-valve motor, like Honda's B18 will gain around 20-22 TQ/HP. This is usually with a good turbo. An Eaton, which 30% less efficient than a turbo, blowing into 3-valve MB head, which is 40% less efficient than a Honda head, will be lucky to see 15 TQ/HP per psi.
So if we have 7 psi than we should see around 100HP gain (7 x 15 = 105). However we are seeing 179HP gain which means around 12 psi (179/15 = 11.9)
Now headers, cams and better exhaust will definitely help and will an additional 2-3 HP per psi.
AMGsc, I do not think you are given a full story here. Something is missing.
Look at the red TQ run on the second dyno graph. That is stock SRT10 Viper.
Looks familiar?
I can put my MONEY where my mouth is $$$. I will meet anyone anytime! Lets do a day with all the rides. Let me know.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I am also getting my car dyno'd before and after the straight pipe 1/2" diameter increase. I am thinking of having cross-over pipes done as well to preserve my torque and further the HP if it will fit under the chasis without protruding but will get further advice from the experts before doing it. Headers are next (Tuned Equal Length with 2 stage collectors)!
Does anybody think there are risks or performance losses by widening the diameter of the Cat-Back pipes?

What do you say? I'll even get you a comped room.

The gains and the curve do not match to what an Eaton blower should produce.

I received your PM & email, I sent you back the proper information you requested. Impressive dyno results...enjoy it! Dan @ DC is a great guy, he not only works on Vipers but Corvettes too, he does have a amazing array of custom Vipers on lot.
Unfortunately no. Do a search John Hennessey on google. I have been around dynoes long enough to see all kinds of funny stuff.

Where is DC? and when?
