ASP Pullies installed and Dynoed!
Ok a while back I did a Dyno at same place and it was 299 rwhp 290 tq with the SL55 Y splitter, Magnecor wires, Denso Iridium plugs and 2 freshly cleaned Green filters on the graph it shows 297 but its cause the Tech selected wrong dyno run from last run. Since then I added the ASP pulleys and threw in my fresh K&N filters and got 311.67 RWHP 314.65 RWTQ on run showing 308.03 it was after I reinstalled my dirty Green filters but I strongly feel if the Green filters were clean the same result would be had as the K&
N. I can't wait for the Tune and Dyno then re-dyno again with the H/E and Johnson I/C pump installed. These are uncorrected numbers and as for conditions look on the graph please.

How long did you have the pulley's on the car before you dyno'ed? I wonder if the ECU has had a chance to adapt and perhaps you will see a little more of a gain after you have the pulleys on the car and drive it hard for a few hundred miles?

I have to admit, I am a little dispointed in the numbers, as I will be installing mine this weekend and was DEFINITLY hopeing for more gain than that. 3 lbs of boost should have been good for Darn near 50 at the crank. I guess our LITTLE intercoolers just CAN'T handle the added boost, ie HEATfrom my buddy PV=NRT.
Well, I'll let you know my results later next week.
See yeah
Keep the mods comin!!!!

Unless there is a problem with your current IC pump, the heat exchanger and higher flow pump shouldn't make a huge difference on your first dyno pull before the car is really hot. You'll really see the difference after doing several pulls (your IATs won't increase as quickly, so you'll maintain power).

well, there goes my plan for getting pulleys. I can't justify the money for only 12 rwhp and 25 rwtq. I mean seriously, 12 rwhp is simply a cool day vs hot day. If it was a $300-$400 mod then yes I could justify it. But not at the prices everyone wants for a crank pulley.

Sounds good. Yup, the ECU flash really unleashes the full potential. I ran for a while the ASP pulley but stock ECU code, and once I put the code back in, wow.

P.S The numbers I posted on the dyno runs are uncorrected so it shows lower numbers so 3-4 additional HP/TQ can be assumed for corrected numbers.

Congratulations on your new hardware. +25 lb.-ft. is certainly enough to feel!
Don’t be discouraged. Know you've seen Vadim’s ODPS results, but just for reference...
I’ve frequently interpreted chassis dyno results with a healthy bit of skepticism because of the myriad variables involved. It’s too bad your dragstrips are closed for the season. Those are the numbers that count, and matter most, IMHO. You were only three tenths from the twelve-second club on your last outing. When you next head out there with your forthcoming tune and HE, you’ll certainly be among the elite quick around here.
Keep after it.

After I get the ECU I will dyno and then in the Spring/Summer after the new I/C pump and H/E are installed. But its the track results that I care most for I will try the filter research again with this setup and I will also try drag tires too Nitto 555R to see if a difference will be made to the times. It should be fun I am also planning am autoX at Road America too in the Spring or Summer. I might go as far as getting and LSD from www.phantomgrip.com if I really want to waste the dough.

Thanks c32used. Don't know what we'd do without 'ya Your honest tests are much appreciated and offer valuable insight to those of us who are considering mods.
I've long been skeptical of aftermarket part manufacturers' claims of HP gains. Renntech and Kleeman want about $3,300 for these things with the ECU tune. Assuming your ASP pulley is similar, it would be hard to justify that kind of price given your results. Maybe you'd get a few more horses with the ECU tune but I doubt you'd come anywhere near the 40 HP they claim.

i guess I'm just used to the 03 cobra I had before this. With a blower pulley, tune, catback exhaust and cold air intake i was running 11.7's@118 mph. Stock was 13.3's@109. All those mods total cost me about $900 and gained me 100 RWHP.

I am expecting a modest 10-20 RWHP from the Tune..........I am like you and really don't want to spend anywhere near 3k for what I have got so far.....I want to say I spent more on cosmetics then these engine mods I been with this forum over a year and wanted to post info I didn't readilly find in search but as you can tell by the link JTurkel posted started by Vadim well mods effect each car a little different based on stock HP/TQ But after running these pullies for a few days now that to much power increase demands madatory suspension mods well atleast thats how I feel it so far..so a Tune I see now will do it for me...
