Just replaced my mirrors with these; Thanks to gr8 customer service from MBenzNL -I no longer have a blind spot.

Heres the DIY; Took 10 min to install.

Its kind of hard to see in these pics but the outer part is curved. I am able to see 3 lanes over now.

Very nice! Now I can lose my $.99 Pep Boys stick-ons that look like the dickens.

I’ll be able to legitimately pitch these to the Mrs. under the guise of safety. Don’t think she ever bought my bull about 'needing' its horsepower and chassis modifications.

Ohno.. stick-ons belong on old Hondas These pics dont do them justice.. these mirrors are like night and day compared to the US mirrors. Safety first... overtaking without turning 90deg second

Atleast the Spintbooster gives you a sensation of something.....don't be offended its a cool mod I just wouldn't expect that much for it I think the Bixenon he offers are the best price he has on anything.

Haha yeah they are expensive.. but for me, they are essential. If you drive with them you will see what a difference they make.

either one. relatives in Taiwan have them as the Taiwanese market sells both Euro or US spec cars.

Illegal in America. Ford recently announced they will have blind spot mirrors on the 2009 models. Heres a link to an MSNBC article. At the very bottom it states a federal standard that requires original-equipment driver’s side mirrors to be flat.

Ok, I just got the mirrors in.

The mirrors look great - the housings do not.

I dont know if they are for MY99 and earlier but they dont look or fit as well as OEM.

I guess you get what you pay for

Yep - they will be going back tommorrow -

They sure do the job nicely though - the test fit gave me a nice wide field of view that totally eliminated the blinds.

The problem is they just dont look / fit as well as OEM (doesnt snap into place) and there is no connector to whatever it is on the OEM.

I can just imagine what would happen if I used double sided tape and JB Weld wouldnt work if I ever needed to remove them. The MB engineers made these mirrors snap on / off for a reason.

I just cant see $316 for these right now but razormb's looks so sweet!
