Because you are not in US. As pointed out previously, your 2010 is US 2011 model year.

On a more serious note...what is the highest VIN you have seen that has "tested positive"?
Mines an 09 so it is in the mix fer sure.

Not sure where you're located, but the Datacard indicates a U.S. car. If so, you should be a 2010, not 2011. Regardless, your engine number is in the affected range.
