Car is on garage in winter. I just get it out once on a month and keep engine running little time. In next season my target is to run 1/4 mile 10.8x. Should have some chance to do it after last mods and I will get a new custom tune also.
Im going to upgrade my original Bosch 010 auxiliary cooling pump to CWA100 Pierburg pump that came on AMG models maybe in 2013 and after. It doubles the flow that Bosch pump can do. My intake temps are pretty good now but I hope they can be lower and recovery time to run after run should be faster after this pump install. What do need on install is a jumper harness because this CWA100 is different connection that Bosch is. Also will need new brackets because pumps are very different shape.
So here is a list what you need:
Brackets: A 212 501 4320 Price 53e A 212 501 4420 this one is not available anywhere, even in Germany and the price is outstanding 103e. I did make that by my self.
Jumper harness:
from VMP Performance USA, 13-14 GT500 intercooler pump harness (Pierburg CWA50) SKU:VMP-104900,Price 34,99dollars. and yes ( CWA100 and CWA50 have same connections if anybody figures this) ( THIS DONT FIT AND IS WRONG, SEE LATER THE RIGHT SOLUTION THAT I MADE)
CWA100 Pierburg auxiliary pump from Germany, price 231e.

CWA100-2 is now finally running. That wiring jumper harness wasn't right att all so I need to make my own wiring to run the pump 100%. I will install a switch inside the car later. Now the switch is under the hood. So when I need the pump runs 100% all the time and when connected off ECU drives the pump.
Yes there are many aftermarket brands that offers upgrade turbos to M157 and M278 model. BB, TTH, TTE, Renntech, VRP to name a few. And of course its option to get original turbo to local turbo shop and get upgraded compressor and turbine wheels machined etc. If I would do the turbo swap again, I would go bigger than that M157 original turbo what I did chose. If I would like to get new bigger turbos I will need to drop the engine again and I really don't go for that again. Also I would get HMS bridge pipes/turbo backs also when engine is down.

I thought that maybe in the future a nice option for even more power could be some hybrid turbos for the M157 engine )
I found something like that while browsing online, maybe this will be helpful for someone and I would love to hear your thoughts about hybrid turbos
If anyone CLS or E M278 (Maybe M276 also) owners wants to upgrade their Bosch 010 IC pump to a lot better pump CWA100.2 new AMG, and aka. Renntech pump. I did install CWA100.2 before in this thread where you can see it, bracket part numbers etc. Here is the right adapter to do it, and here is also the correct wiring how to run the pump 100% for sure. You can order it here: https://tecomotive.com/store/en/acce...onnector-4-pin
My CWA100.2 pump upgrade was pain first, I didn't know this connector, didn't know how to wire the pump correct. etc. Because original Bosch 010 is connected just power and ground wires and CWA100.2 is pulse driven and needs special wiring. I want to share what I did learn. Hope this helps someone who wants to get intake temps lower.
Connect the wires like this and the connect the red one to your car + wire and black to - wire.
