Normally this is caused by leak with compressor trying to compensate. Check compressor electrical harness, then for leaks - start with valve block before moving on to other components.

Thank for the reply
He asked me to come tomorrow to install a valve (used one he is having) to check. He is insisting it is not a leak it may be valve is blocked!! I still think there is a leak in line at the valve end.

I will see what happens tomorrow

Went today to this guy, checked lines with soapy water and harness, plug. Nothing abnormal.

Ran a pneumatic test,
For compressor unit
( there is a pressure but did not reach the minimum pressure)
Between compressor to valve
There is a minimum leak
Between valve and reservoir
Nothing abnormal detected

I gave up, I will wait till the pump dies (hopefully after a long time) and replace both of them (valva block and compressor). I will start shopping from ebay and Aliexpress hopefully find the right ones and solve this issue.

Had the same issue. Front left side never lifted properly and started sagging over time. When tests were ran, compressor was not responding at all. Replaced valve block and compressor, as well as all 4 bags while at it since the fronts were leakin. Did motor and trans mounts as well while at it. Drives like new.

You can purchase new piston ring if you're DIY person and fix the compressor in about 2 hours for $25.
Amazon Amazon

I founded a crack on the pastic casing of the compressor.
Super glue then epoxy resin were applied.
But after driving the message came up.
I already bought a compressor and valve block from china.
I was told that valve is preferred to be from a good quality manufacturer, but the compressor does not matter if it is chinese. Is that correct?

Search “2213201704 oem” i.e.: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...4+oem&_sacat=0 - also replace relay 0025422319, and filter 2213200369.

Dear Konigstiger,

I am new to these forums and I have noticed that you are an expert here, active and really helpful. So I wanna ask some questions to increase my knowledge.
1- If i want to replace the compressor it is a Must or preferable to:
A. Drain the system.
B. Replace the relay and fuse.

2- I noticed when applying epoxy the bubbles wont let me do the job, how to release? By taking the pressure valve or line to valve block (brown) ?

3- is it possible that the opening in valve block is blocked and that will affect the compressor efficiency ? How do i know and fix?

Thanx again

No expert, plenty of more knowledgeable contributors. Attachments covering compressor & valve unit should answer your questions (i.e.: detach pressure lines)
