Sorry to hear about your car.

Out of curiousity, are you responsible for the damage done to the vehicle since it's a lease?

Juice, that's horrible what they did to your car. I truly hope you can get your car back to normal ASAP.

'tis unfortunate, but not unexpected. It's going to be interesting to see how Juicee gets on with insurance, etc. since the car was a lease...

sorry I am slow to respond. I am establishing values for the police report etc.

I have not cleaned the car up because I am still gathering details on damage. It really was as I described, speculated on the exterior it was the interior damage that took me by suprise. Too bad the repo guys and or auction employees do not attend track events as they are really good at stripping interior pieces. I honestly have no idea where some of the pieces, bolts came from?

I am going to the Hollywood station right now to file the criminal complaint for personal items.

I will post a video and pictures tonight after dealing with this report.

Thanks for the tremendous support throughout this process, it carries forward now to the insurance and legal issues.

Have a great saturday,

You are 100% responsible for damage done to a leased vehicle. It must be returned "in good order" and every manufacturer/lease return inspector seems to have a different view of what that means. Sometimes it can be returned trashed, other times you get nit picked on the smallest things.

I had a 4wd sedan dragged by the front wheels only by a tow company. Wrecked two tires, one rim (that hit a curb) and ruined (un-drivable) the transfer case. Around $4500 in damages.

My insurance company paid me out immediately and took them to court. They never showed and the insurance company was awarded.

I was legally parked which really #$%$ed me off so they never should have hooked me in the first place.

Months of stress but it eventually it all sorts itself out.

Glad you have your car back. Good luck with getting everything put right.

Ouch.

So what do you do in a case like this where the car was clearly vandalized? Will insurance cover the damage at least?

Yes, typically you can turn it in to your insurance can and they will take the responsible parties to court and subrogate but settle with you immediately. This means that when they collect, you will get your deductible refunded to you. It will typically go in as a comprehensive claim meaning that it is not counted against your rating in any way.

Can I ask someone.. since a FIREARM was stolen.. what does that mean? That's a criminal offense correct?
If they find the person who did it. What scum people are. Can't believe all that was taken.

Where was the gun and money hidden exactly? I couldn't totally make it out from the vid.

The gun was behind the passengers side fuse panel, behind the glove compartment. Yes it is a felony, and it has been reported stolen.

There was more damage , there is apparantly a hidden panel on the passenger side foot rest, this was pulled away and behind it was some fuses and a few ECU looking boxes. I gave up trying to figure out where everything goes, Im just going to take it in.

I washed the car and alot of the paint stains were not coming off, it will be really really expensive for the RA if this car needs a paint job. There are also similar stains inside, here is the passenger arm rest,

Juice, the sight of what they did to your car makes me cringe. I truly hope you can get your car back to it's previous condition.

Why are you back here, dude?

You keep moving the proverbial target, so that Juicee can never hit it...

First, you come and imply he's full of $h!t and ripping people off, and it's been XX days and he still doesn't have the car, blah blah blah...

Then he gets the car back, despite how all of you haters said he wouldn't, and now here you are starting up new arguments about other inane crap. PLEASE just let it drop. This poor guy's been through enough.

Honestly. Let's show some class.

CWW lets pretend the *** doush bag does not exist and let him post. Lets make him a ghost that no one pays any attention to. He is probally like 15 using his dads computer in some trailer park in Alabama with his 190E rusting out in the driveway waiting to get his license.

I cannot discuss our strategy. Hopefully the items will be returned as to avoid the civil and criminal litigation.
