Like mentioned earlier, the piece that goes across the top of the radiator from one side of car to the other (radiator support) has a section in the center that can be unbolted (about 3 feet long maybe?). There are a few bolts on each side and then a few in the center around the hood latch, undo all those and remove that piece.
There are 2 clips, one on each side of the top of the radiator/fan shroud, remove those and then pull the fan up. You will have to move it around the radiator hoses which is a little tricky but not hard, just have to force it around and up. Pull that up far enough so you can see through a hole in the shroud to the pulley bolt.
Take an extenion (as short as possible to retain as much torque as possible) and the correct size socket and slide it through the fan shroud on to the pulley. Put your impact on the socket then grab the magnet of the supercharger (black thing behind pulley) and hold it with one hand while you hit the impact to loosen the bolt. You may have to hit it in reverse then back to tighten to break it free then go loose again and it should come off.
Pry the pulley off, it may come easy, it may need some persuasion and then put the new pulley on (and probably a few shims) and put everything back together.
Easy breezy.

Plan on putting it on as soon as we get warmer weather.

His pulley can be installed without removing and disassembling the front of the blower, making the install quite simple.
I wish mine were a straight bolt-on, but some fab work needed to be done in order for it to fit the hub.
The magnet is heavy but its NOT rotational mass. The plate that covers the magnet is the part that rotates along with the pulley and it does not weigh as much.
If I remember correctly the magnet, plate, hub and stock pulley weigh 13.xx lbs
I don't remember the pulley's weight, I'll check when I get home.
