Rear brake pads and rotors change

Hey everyone, my parts to replace my rear pads and rotors came in and I will be doing the job myself along with my dad. If anyone has any useful resources such as videos or any tips I would appreciate it!

I jsut did rotors and pads all around.

Make sure you can remove the torx that hold the rotor on the hub before going forward. Everything else is simple. The front is simple just make sure you have all the correct tools Hex Torx 18mm box wrench for the rear caliper bolts.
I used a flat screw driver to push back my pads before I remove them and unbolt the caliper..

I used the Red. Good pads so far, but a nightmare to install. This was due to the improperly cast and finished groove for the wear sensor on the rear pad. I had to spend quite a bit of effort and time filing out the groove to accept the sensor. I emailed them to let them know of the frustration and received no response.

We dont have electronic EB on our cars. We have the good old cable system.

There is a company making CCBs for the stock steelie size and calipers. I'm wondering what the cost would be. Should be a huge weight savings. Blackmamba racing I think it is.

Has anyone purchased those?
