Remember that article we just wrote about our love of superlatives? Well, we still love ’em. Because now we’re here to celebrate the fastest, quickest, boldest, awesome-est, most competition-crushing moments we’ve ever had on MBWorld.

To accomplish this fantastic feat, we’re not going to bore you with MPH figures, or lap times, or any other real-world data. No, we’re going to go back through the annals of MBWorld lore to find stories about videos that demonstrate competition crushing in its most visceral, sensory form possible.

So we ask you to not just read the list below, but to feel it. If you do, we promise you’ll feel the thrill that can only come when one’s opponents are crushed, like grapes into gasoline laced wine.

5. “Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S 4MATIC vs. Nissan GT-R“: We’ve seen GT-Rs get served by E63s before, but never by one so young and uppity as this 577hp beast.

4. “Drift Battle: Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG vs. Nissan 200SX“: The dude achieves maximum drift-ocity in a rear-wheel drive luxury car, and he does so better than the cat in the car that’s basically built for drifting. Am I the only one who feels like we don’t use the words “drift battle” in enough sentences with “Mercedes Benz”?

3. “Renntech E55 AMG Drag Races Corvette ZR1“: Another exhilarating example of a luxurious Benz handing it to a car that’s seems to be comfortably situated in its natural habitat. In this case, the drag strip is where the C6 ZR1 belongs, unless of course it has to share the strip with a souped up E55.

2. “E55 AMG Walks a Nitrous-Huffing 5.0 Mustang“: Not only is this Mustang out of its league, but whoever’s driving it is as soft as a pony’s mane. When the obviously illegal drag race faces oncoming traffic, you can clearly see the Mustang driver brake before the Benz driver. Soooooo soft. As a Mustang driver, in situations like that, you have to ask yourself, “What would Steve McQueen do?”
