Can you post a front shot of your car?

I saw a couple vendors offering them on eBay. How is the quality on the one you bought?

quality is okay. they are not painted however its just black plastic. it looks matte black when you get it though. that is why i recommend some gloss out of a spray can, 2 coats and ur set!

good luck

New CL-Grille?

Anyone know what type of CL-grille this is? It's oddly very different from anything I've seen so far.

no clue, but it looks way better than the other CL-grills (which isn't saying much because all look terrible) b/c it doesn't have the chrome slats.

I agree, it would look much better without the huge star in the middle. I like a clean grill.

Looks like a purely one-of-a-kind custom job...with a center star added as an afterthought. And a little off-kilter, at that.

I went with a CL-style grille after not being able to track down a three- or four-slat custom grille WITHOUT the star (and no vertical center slat). It's grown on me, but I'd be very interested in finding a sort-of-Brabus-style, starless grille. I know that Anthuny85 had one that another member had made (or had someone else make for him), but he sold it to someone else about a year ago.

I don't know why one of those Taiwanese manufacturers doesn't make a starless version. It would probably cost them less and be just as popular. Maybe we should all start our own plastic parts factory.

I don't think this is for for a 203 or atleast not for a w203. Our grill mounts are on top half portion of the grill. The top portion of this grill is too recessed. So if it were mounted it would stick too far out.

cl grille for my 07'' c320 ss?

i just purchased a 07'' c320 ss and ive decided to start modding it. ( black int./black ext. )

im considering 18'' double spoke amg rims and bi xenon headlights but i cant chose whether or not to replace the factory grille with a cl style grille.

id appreciate any imput that you guys have on this issue! ive been largely undecided. keep the factory grille or replace it with a cl grille!?
i would definitely not consider having factory grille plus hood badge.

heres some pics i was able to find ( note its not an 07 benz ):

You do know that they did not make a C320 in 2007 right?

You could have either a C230 or a C350, but definitely not a C320.

Well apparently it looks like you're confused yourself or have flipped the 3 and the 2 around...

id appreciate it if anyone has a visual or any comments that would help me reset the head restraints..

on a black i'd definately get the CL grill, although that painted factory grill looks hot, but in that case i woulda kept the hood star, its almost TOO stealth.

Depends on the overall look you're going for...if you want sportier, lower, black rims, etc., then I think the CL-style is a nice compliment to that look. If you're going for a less sporty/more elegant look, silver/polished or multispoke rims, etc., then stay stock.

That is pretty hot! I had the CL style grill on mine, but just didn't like the look and got rid of it.
