I had this done. Its such a b!tch man. I live in L.A. and had a hookup and he says he will do mine but it will be the last time! 
He said its illegal to do and if he gets caught he will get fired. I also paid a steep price to get it done $$$ ****! Goodluck. If you intend to get this done, you are going to have to know some people. ie.. connections, or else its not possible just to ask some random dealer. You need to know the head Tech or something.

They were selling a C class bi-xenon coding device for $79. You guys could get one and loan it out for a small amount. They have cracked many of the Mercedes codes and can enable TV on your Comand and many other things.

Spoke to my SA today. They will only do it if they like you and you bought your car there, they don't want to touch cars that were purchased elsewhere, sorry.
Sort of pisses me off because I had to call him back, he never got back to me.

Anyone live in boston get the Bi-Xenon upgrade? If so let me know where i could get my ECU upgraded....
Here is a senerio to get my dealership to upgrade my lights. I tell him that my car's battery died because i left the lights on. I tell them that my electrical system was shut off because of the loss of power. I have my navi that was upgraded by steve so I can tell him that the navi directions don't show up either. You think they will buy this story that my electrical system just shut down because of a dead battery? Let me know your thoughts....

there's a thread going on about that in NJ area and how dealers won't program xenon PRESENT... may have best chance going to dealer where u bought the car and talk to SA about it...

You might want to do a search, but I do remember several people having it switched over to Xenon Present, and then running their stock halogens for a time before getting the Xenons installed. So I'm pretty positive that it'll work.
