BRO! I'm having the same problem and I am in the NJ area... I installed 8000k HID's in my Bi-Xenon lights on my 2002 ML320, so i asked my Dealership Globe Motor Cars, and they said they can't do it... so I'm trying to find dealerships in the area or anywhere in NJ to activate them... we should keep in touch incase one of us finds this dealership who will do it, I too will pay for activation, I just want the damn thing done at this point. NJ dealerships are sticks for doing stuff like that, dealerships down south dont really mind doing it. Once again, keep in touch cause I am having the SAME EXACT PROBLEM.

If you're getting OEM bi-xenons, you will have a bigger chance. You would be VERY lucky if you can find a dealer who can change the settings for you, especially on aftermarket HIDs. MB would never do that.

Just spoke to him. He said he doesn't see it as a problem but he wants to run it by the service manager first.
